Yeah at that stage, noone could have changed Anakins mind and only Obi-Wan could have stopped him. I'd love to see this style of animation again especially for a theory involving Qui-Gon

@@brendondowdy5651 yoda yes I agree, not so sure about Windu tbh, its possible but at the same time I can imagine Mace's own arrogance fulling Anakin to the point he can realistically beat him. Yoda can beat him by experience and power, Obi-Wan won because he knew Anakin inside and out. Windu's blind sense of superiority and justice over Anakin could equally either serve him well or undo him, mace is more a 50/50 conundrum imo, it depends entirely on how he approaches the situation.

Makes the duel in the movie more heartbreaking. Anakin would've had the chance to redeem himself, but he didn’t take it. Ahsoka telling Obi-Wan that Anakin is gone really sealed his fate forever. Truly heartbreaking

If you look back at the film, Obi-Wan didn’t truly “give Anakin a chance.” Obi-Wan went to Mustafar with the intent to kill Anakin. He didn’t go there to stop his friend, he didn’t go there to find out why Anakin did the things he did. He went there to kill him. Anything Obi-Wan said regarding Anakin’s decisions was not meant to get an answer, but rather to make Anakin’s blood boil. Had Obi-Wan approached the situation as his brother, things likely would’ve turned out differently.

In a deleted scene Anakin basically told Obi-Wan what they didn't have to fight and that Obi-Wan could just walk away and that they wouldn't have to see eachother ever again but Obi-Wan stayed hence why the duel happened

The concept is good it helps visually, but if there was a way to help the combat sequences would be better or rather take it leave ina freeze frame but definitely a step in a good direction for story telling of theories

Very good video!!!, My opinion is that Anakin is too aggressive with Ahsoka, he treats her as if she were another Jedi, when she is almost the only person along with Padme that he really loves. The phrase "that sounds like another jedi lie" I think is out of context since Ahsoka is not with the Jedi by expulsion and then by her own decision. I personally think that Anakin would act with Ahoska the same way he did with Padme, trying to convince her that what she's doing isn't evil but that he thinks it's the right thing to do.

put plot armor aside .... I (this is is for SW itself not SWT or this clip) feel that Padme and Ahsoka could have brought him back.... maybe without Obi Won if Padme and Ahsoka were together talking him down ... or if (again forget plot armor) this happened and Padme alone went to Mustafar ... like Ahsoka really had him off balance with "what have i done?" ... Padme of all people WITHOUT Obi Won getting in the way, could have maybe brought him back... or at least had him questioning things as a Grey/Dark Jedi ... even perhaps reaching back out to Ahsoka admitting he is lost as to what he should do. I dont want to make this sound like its against SWT because this probably is how Vader is at this point ... but i say he wouldn't have been this blunt and aggressive to Ahsoka ... in my mind anyway. Like in the dialog i can see him questioning himself more

That's a fair point! I agree that he would've probably tried to convince Ahsoka that what he was doing was for love and for the greater good, however, I think he would've still been aggressive with her and fought her if she didn't succumb to him and his decision for a couple reasons: - The pain of Ahsoka leaving the order the way she did and leaving Anakin alone would've been enough for him to react aggressively. He held that against her, Anakin does not take loss/rejection well. - If he was willing to force choke Padme out of pure hatred thinking she brought Obi-Wan to kill him, surely emotions would've been tense enough for Anakin to react similarly to seeing Ahsoka and her calling out Anakin's stupidity for what he had done. That's why I liked Theoy's dialogue in this video of Anakin saying to her "choose your next words carefully."

I love this. Make more please! However I'm not sure if Anakin would treat Ashoka the exact same way he did to Obi wan. He had a predisposition to distrust and even dislike Obiwan and always thought he was held back by him. However even in clone wars s8, we see that Anakin was like a kid when he saw Ashoka again. When Padme was on the landing platform with him in RoTS, he was fairly calm with her. ONLY when Obi wan was mentioned and showed up did he get angry. I believe if Padme and Ashoka showed up things might have been vastly different.

Not that the reflection of slaughtering younglings wouldn't bring a tear to Anakin's eye, but him loosing his apprentice and not being able to convert her brings a more personal and selfish meaning to the tear we see on Mustafar as Padame's ship lands. You killed it my dude!

Personally, I think Ahsoka would actually be able to bring him back from Dark in an alternate timeline. Though it wouldn't be like this, it would be when Anakin was tasked to tell Palpatine that Obi-wan engaged Grievous on Utapau. Had Ahsoka talked to Yoda about what Maul said about Palpatine in Clone Wars Season 7, maybe Yoda would've recalled Anakin and Palpatine would've never been able to reveal himself as the Sith Lord to Anakin. Instead, a group of masters, including Yoda and Anakin, would confront Palpatine then and there.

I love the new visuals and storytelling setup and outline!! The opening and ending sequences were fun and nostalgic, doing their jobs well, and the pictures / imagery were awesome! Though, I did find the AI voices a bit off putting, and may prefer it if you narrated their lines just to see how it works! [ex: "'And you think the Dark Side will give you that freedom' she questioned", with you reading it out loud, similar to your older fics!] That's just my opinion though, so do whatever you think works best! Love your work

I dont think she'd leave him again BUT I TOTALLY get what you did with the story and cannon wise ... this even fits in and in MY VIEW (as said in my other post) it makes more sense why Obi Won didn't talk to him more ... even he figured Ahsoka with that "little sister" relationship she had with him... could reach him more. I do wonder ... what if Obi Won gave Padme more time ... what if she could have "tugged on his heart strings" (I still say the Anakin side .. the good was stronger than people want to say, at this point) and bring him back ... even have Padme leave in tears, ... then between Padme and Ahsoka he is REALLY conflicted and the Anakin in him sort of reaches out to Ahsoka ... still part Vader ... but also part "I need help, snips... .I am lost"

This is well done, I felt like if they went this direction as a point instead of the other in clone wars, this would have been the outcome. I have to say why not see where Ahsoka fits in the live action movies, where was she after certain points or before. What was vaders dreams or feelings after seeing his former apprentice and such who cared possibly even more than Obi Wan for one another. Could the conflict have started at another point or words traded about Luke being his son and Ahsoka pulling on that string in some ways towards saving him. What if she saved him and he turned before the events of return of the jedi. So much I could say but I'm sure you have already thought these, keep it up! Also still like to hear your thoughts on what if Vader was tricked to attack Tatooine instead of Dantooine by Leia, what could have been different.
