You missed out quite a number of supervolcanoes there. IIRC there are at least 12 active supervolcanoes today. On top of my head i can already think of the one in New Zealand and that giant volcano in the middle of the pacific ocean floor. Also, the sound of the Krakatoa explosion didn´t just travel a "distance of the width of the United States". It went around earth i believe 3 times, according to the seismographic readings from that day. To your Volcanic Apocalypse I´d have to say it would probably be worse if Flood Volcanism started again, like the Siberian Traps. Over 1.5 million years or so about 7 million km² of basaltic lava erupted. imagine the destruction and gases produced by this eruption and that over such a long time.

Oddly, they ignored India and Siberia's supervolcanoes, both being a wee bit larger than the US versions. Krakatoa, well, it's son is growing. What made the crack in Krak was seawater intrusion building a growing pressure to insane levels, good old steampunk power. So, just keep a good plumber on hand to stopper any water leaks. Not all super volcanoes will erupt with the same velocity though, they usually have a super eruption every so often so to say they all erupted at once it doesn’t mean it would be a super eruption at the same time, it could be a small eruption if anything noticeable at all. Also Yellowstone isn’t in California Vesuvius isn’t a super volcano Krakatoa isn’t a super volcano Neither are half of these volcanos you mention

They need a copy editor for their scripts. Campi Filegri is a supervolcano and is just 10 miles west of Vesuvius. He did mention it, but for some reason kept naming the wrong volcano. Editors are your friends.

do you mean Medicine Lake Volcano, Mount Shasta, Lassen Volcanic Center, Clear Lake Volcanic Field, Long Valley Volcanic Region, Coso Volcanic Field, or Salton Buttes, because Yellowstone is mainly Wyoming, fraction of Idaho and Montana. There are some Tar Pits though, and Arnold loved wiping them off in Last Action Hero

As per Hindi Mythology, I don't want but I think that could be the end of another Kalpyuga with the ending of Kaliyuga or the evil era which is current yuga of a billion years. The last time Yellowstone erupted, California and Pennsylvania both got around 1 cm of ash. Not ash as in charcoal or ashtray ash, volcanic ash is pulverized rock, so rock heavy ash. Closer to the supervolcano, things got nastier, with yards of ash falling. Wooly rhinos died from ash clogging their lungs, as revealed by ash filled rib cages of their fossils. Texas got half a yard and more of ash, half a cm or so, prevailing winds and jet streams don't change all that damned much. Canada wasn't spared, some getting yards, some getting cm's, but the entire continent wasn't spared and even Mexico got some shit licks from that one. Upside, currently it appears that the hot spot is more centered under some mountains NE of the old caldera. Downside, if that erupted, well, an entire mountain joins the mayhem to rain down upon an unfortunate continent. Oh, a bit of trivia, most of our food supply comes from where yards and yards of ash would rain down. The Almighty wanted me to tell ya, he can get me out of this mess, but he's pretty sure you're faulked. Serious side, there are tons of disinformation channels peddling BS to alarm people about Yellowstone. It's dormant, it's not awakening, not even close. It swells and ebbs as it has always done. Geysers and geezers abound and expire as plumbing clogs. Old Faithful isn't all that old, certainly has never been all that faithful and has only been observed for around a century and volcanic systems are a wee bit older than a mere century. And well, looking at the chances of it erupting or my getting to screw a black hole, they're essentially equal chances. Slim chance, fat chance and no chance. That's one in three, yes? ;)
