Problem: Anakin wasn't part of Order 66 programming. In the Clone Wars series when Tup goes haywire he looks Anakin dead in the eye but doesn't attack until he sees the other jedi, meaning Anakin was left out of the Order 66 targeting on purpose. After all, Palpatine had planned to have him lead the clones executing Order 66. Palpatine wouldn't have time to re-insert him as a target if Anakin arrested him. He was under watch the entire time. This would have had a significant effect on the temple defense. Anakin served with the 501st as the leader and if he wasn't a target he probably could have talked them down long enough to let the Jedi escape or at least have several masters take out Maul and Palpatine.

Hm, I think a better and more logical end to this story would be Padme speaking to the Senate about the truth. I don't see any reason for her to hide from the Republic because she was still a very respected senator, and was known for her close relationship with Chancellor Palpatine. If Padme were to give a speech in front of the Senate revealing the whole truth about Palpatine and the Jedi and what happened on the day of Order 66, very few would suspect her of lying, because why would she, a respected senator, lie about her fellow former Naboo senator Palpatine? She could explain everything to the Senate, help clear the name of the Jedi. This is what I see the logical end to this story as.

I think that idea was explored in another video, however in that scenario Palpatine was in the senate chamber giving his infamous Order 66 speech when Padme spoke out. Everyone ridiculed her due to Palpatine's manipulation through the Force and they had Clones target her and Bail Organa. They escaped, but I forgot how the rest of that story went.

As long as there is a jedi order, the sith survived. Sith come from the jedi , as jedi are nothing more then force sensitive people, or beings, sooner or later, be it at the temple or an unfound force sensitive will feel pain, anger, hate or even just lust for power and the sith rise again, be it by the name sith or just dark side users. True balance would require them to teach the dark side , as well as the light, ket them have feelings , attachments, and even gain some power, just not through killing or just taking it. "People" for lack of s better word, have to be allowed to live and do what makes them happy, the jedi way of repressive lifestyles and such should be a choice, not younglings being taken from parents and not allowed family or a life if they want training.

There's more to this story yet with the jedi slandered by sidious there's bound to be a bounty placed on the remains of the jedi order. So clearing their good name is vital to the rebuilding of the jedi order. Stabilising the Republic politically is vital to the health of the galaxy.
