What if Athens Won The Peloponnesian War? (Alternative History)

Sparta. Often the subject of great mystification and fantastical legend. Their armies were so fierce, trained from birth, and their tactics so genius, they could bring empires to their knees. On the other side of the coin: Athens. Seafaring powerhouse of commerce and intellectual center of the Greek world. When these two great city states would inevitably come into conflict, it would be the fate of the entire Greek world that would be decided. Today we ask, what if things had gone differently. What if instead of Sparta, Athens won the great Peloponnesian war.
