Theory for egg, may coincide with this: Egg is dream, Dream is doing some weird stuff with that one dude, he wanted to control the SMP, then he lost it all, this could be his way of re-gaining control over the SMP, and when he has complete control, he emerges from it (maybe not last part), or he is trying to get egg to reach Pandora's vault so he can escape, we will soon see

Well yes and no, really it was half strategy and half luck Tommy’s strategy was to bribe Punz to help him out in the final fight with Dream with a CRAP ton of goods, although the other half of it was based on luck because it was Punz’s decision if he should join Tommy or not, if his compensation was enough to Punz.

@@koreydenley8852 for the first part, literally go watch Punz’s live stream of the one before the final or just literally search up on Youttube, Tommy bribes Punz. For the second part I and I’m pretty sure no one in the community knows, it’s either a mystery unsolved for now, or just a plot hole in the series. OR With Punz being Dream’s closest ally he could have told him where it was and Punz led the others to the portal.

@@koreydenley8852 well 1: for all the resources (except for the netherite) Tommy actually grinded for it, but for everything else I’m pretty sure he had help, I forgot from who though. 2: Well Punz isn’t Dream’s most loyal dog for nothing, he obviously with him being his assistant acquired Dream’s trust to the point where he showed his base. But I will say I do feel that it was a bit unwise to show ANYONE where his collection of all the items he stole are, his base I’m ok with, but his collection, eehhhh idk about that one chief.

I did some research and here is what I found out. The 3 colors on Ranboo’s skin Green, Black, and White display dream and the red part of his skin display the egg, because the egg is red. So either Ranboo is mind controlled by the egg or dream is mind controlled or Dream actually created the egg and tried to target Ranboo.

I like where you left out the clip where Dream literally said that he was going to kill Tubbo and then put Tommy in Pandora's Box lmao. There wasn't a whole lot of deduction needed- he said it himself exactly what he was going to do. Nevertheless, interesting speculation, though I will point out Dream would still have to gather all the sentimental items. When he showed his hall during the finale, the only things he had were Beckerson (Sapnap), Axe of Peace (Techno, but he doesn't particularly care to much about that sentimentally), Friend (Ghostbur), and Henry + the Discs (Tommy). He would still have to obtain the bedrocks, Punz' shulker, Ranboo's cat Enderchest, Fundy's Drip, etc.

I saw this one comic (it’s by korokapot on Instagram if you wanna check it out) where after Dream killed Tubbo and let Tommy’s resolve break a bit via the prison, he told Tommy about his ability to bring people back to life, and made Tommy act as a servant for him, holding the possibility of Tubbo coming back over his head.

I saw this other one (by arlekinnotclown also on Instagram) where Dream killed Tubbo like he said he would do, and locked Tommy in the prison like he said he would do, and framed Tommy for Tubbos death so that nobody would try to save him. Then he just, watched, he wanted Tommy to go through a twisted horrible version of every stage of grief, with acceptance being believing he had been the one to kill Tubbo after all.

My theory: tubbo would die, and dream would put tommy in prison. Then the egg would appear, but dream would destroy it instantly, and then he would threaten to kill skeppy so bbh would give up. dream would put skeppy in prison so if he wanted to kill him if badboyhalo challenged him again then he could. He then would want to kill techno as he would see him as a threat and threaten to kill carl (techno's horse) if he didn't come with him. Dream would kill techno once at his base, but Philza followed them, so he would give techno armour, tell him to hide carl somewhere in the nether, and attack dream. Dream would almost kill philza, but then Techno would arrive, and kill dream. Idk what would happen after that.

I'm just saying that this is something to consider. In the early SMP There were The Dreamon Hunters. They included Tubbo and Fundy (also Sapnap). They got rid of the Dreamon and put it somewhere. Around the time Tommy first knows about the egg(I think) he said that they Buried the Dreamon near where the Egg now is. So, wouldn't the Dreamon want to be reunited with Dream?

It's an interesting theory... But you completely forgot about Dream having the favour from Techno. He could definitely just get Techno to help him delete the eggpire, then because Dream has no actual title or government role, Techno wouldn't care. Another thing is, Dream is always reactionary in his actions. He doesn't initiate conflict, never directly. He's a looming threat, a string noosed around their necks never tightening unless they try and pry it off.
