I think the root of the problem: James is the alpha of the band....and Lars wants to be. Think about it this way...without James...Metallica would not be the same...without Lars...it really wouldn't make much difference. There are plenty of other drummers...but only one lead singer in that band...and you know that has to have eaten at Lars. I'm surprised they've stayed together as long as they have.

This ain´t close to the final vertion of Sandman pal´, Bob Rock also didn´t push the musical direction of the band that is a ignored fact of people that just want to hate on the man. This vertion of the sng is inferior on so many musical levels, the intro is so butchered, is interesting to see "what if" and sometimes the result is good, sometimes... not so much

Antonio Centeno really? it’s not close to the final version? Had no idea. I’ve never heard the final version. You see I listen to a lot of Mel Torme, Lawrence Welk & Barry Manilow...so I wouldn’t know. In fact, who is this Metallica you speak of?

Antonio Centeno thanks Captain Obvious! Oh, and there’s no “h” in sarcasm, also just 1 “h” in pathetic. Keep trying though...spelling can be tough.

Justice is still my #1 Metallica album. I love the guitar tone. Master may have better individual songs, but as a whole I feel like Justice is a better album.

Justice and Lightning are by far my favourites. From the song structure to the atmosphere to the wall of sound. They just are so unique and epic. Master has a great sound too and song writing but it doesn't have that unique atmosphere

He can't, he doesn't own the copyright to the song. He would get sued and possibly thrown in prison.

The snare doesn't sound papery enough. Lol. In all seriousness, though, this is amazing. The revision in the riffs, the melodies, the tin can sound, it all sounds identical to the vibe of the ...And Justice For All album, It sounds like all the songs combined into one awesome prog thrash masterpiece. It's friggin' sick. Keep up the great work.
