His Kamui would be busted from having both abilities in both eyes. Continuing his training with motivation to protect Rin will help get him stronger, wanting to embrace the "WILL OF FIRE 🔥" and became Hokage. The first Uchiha Hokage within the leaf.

Which he would also likely learn sage mode as it could have properties that reduce him going blind by using his MS. You could also change the cannon point to them using the Kunai, Minato gave Kakashi having him send a clone to save the trio. Instead of Kakashi dying.

Although based on Minato having to teleport the Ninetails around combined with teleporting a Tailed Beast Bomb, he did mention that he was running low on chakra, but also was able to seal half of Kurama inside himself and then the other half inside of Naruto. I think there are many factors to take into account. The other times Minato has used Flyting Thunder God, he was reanimated, like teleporting an entire division of shiniobi, but he was also using KCM2, so I still can't calculate that. At the very least, if FTG does take up a lot of chakra, perhaps Obito will save the Kamui/FTG combo for a life or death match.

Well if he never saved kakashi than he probably would have lived in guilt for not saving his friend when he could have done what he did in the series. But it could also be thrown at Minato. If he would have been there he probably would be fast enough to take him away from the boulder. So he might still have a grudge if minato wasnt there for no reason. But other than that i think he would unlock his eye abilities as a result of losing kakashi. I think he would face the same fate but a little different. If Rin gets captured and killed he could resent minato for not being there and decides to give up on his dream and leave konoha. Losing two friends And his master wasnt there. Him being an uchiha leads to those feelings converting to hate.

With Orochimaru i think the main discrepency would be that it would be extremely easy for him to acquire an Uchiha host, so he could have netted a Sharingan and amped up much faster, though he likely dies in raid 1. Edit: Gaara likely would be taken as another of Sasori's human puppets, not retrieved by the sand.

I think Obitos Mangekyo Sharingan wouldn't be just Kamui anymore. I think Obito got Kamui because the rock crushed him and his Mangekyo Sharingan activated to try to save his life by phasing his body with Kamui. I think his new Mangekyo Sharingans power would be similar to Urashiki and (Madara where he could rewind time in the game ) and Urashiki where he could see multiple outcomes and pick the best one.His other eye could be Kamui but with both kamui powers but longer duration between phasing.Since if he would have had that power he could of also saved Kakashi.He would literally be Unstoppable.

It will prolly still be Kamui MS abilities reflect the heart so whatever is the circumstances when Obito gained his MS will reflect his abilities. This has applied to all MS users He would develop Kakashi's version of MS due to him wanting to be able to phase out objects that could save his friend He would develop his normal Kamui to to wanting to prevent all harm from coming to his friends and be fast enough to do so so his Kamui that can allow teleportation would also occur

Yes she'll prolly die There's a 1/10 chance of survival for the curse mark However if she survived, Sakura doesn't carry enough hatred and power in her to do much initially. She'd gain a toxic powerup but because she wouldn't leave the village to go to Orochimaru, Tsunade would probably end up finding a way to cure Sakura. If not, Tsunade would take Sakura under her wing much earlier because someone she knew well did this so she would want to train her to be able to either combat the curse or eventually cure it And Kakashi was able to use a seal to suppress so maybe with the combined help or Tsunade and Jiraiya could suppress the seal much better sine Jiraiya is also a former friend of Orochimaru and might feel guilty over the situation so he might be involved in his training Now when I think about it more, this would make the story go in an interestingly different manner😂 She would get a good powerup tho and this would change a lot of character dynamics. Sasuke might not leave the village due to no Orochimaru influence and he might feel guilty for Sakura being bitten. The story might be more interesting if she isn't completely cured but has to live with it

Minato having the potential to surpass Hashirama only made sense pre reincarnation retcon. Otherwise, Hashirama is Ashura's reincarnation and there is no way for Minato to surpass him. Obito has no way of surpassing Minato. Itachi and Shisui had more talent. Obito was motivated by the tragedies and helped by half a body of Hashirama cells plus brainwashing and training from Madara.
