Episode 2 was great. It highlights Tchallas ability as a natural leader. Shows he’s more than just the suit. Also shows that he’s always been someone that questioned his fathers ways. Thanks for the review. I a, going to wait for all the episodes are out and marathon it.Seems like the best way to do it, especially since I do that with all the Marvel animation shows,

I read them at the local market. They didn't really care if I bought them or not. High five to the employees, I didn't have good parents and a hungry mind. The Collector is supposed to be an immortal, one of a small group that followed different paths. One was a warrior, one a monk, one a healer, thinker, etc..... I always assumed he was purposefully playing weaker than he was out of habit. Making him seem less threatening and less noteworthy. Just a weirdo with odd habits.

Billy should voice Howard the Duck and the whole movie should be how Howard was stuck in a bar during the snap.

This is the first review of What If that I've seen the reviewers ranked the T'Challa episode the last out of the firs 3. I 100% agree. Tchalla is the male Mary Sue. It got tiring.

Just watched the Sharon Carter episode today and it was disappointing. It was really just a character swap with a couple minor differences but they could've done a whole lot more with this idea. Couple examples: 1) why do we suddenly have Iron Man Rogers decades earlier just because Carter became a super soldier? See, this might have been an interesting development if the story really leaned into the idea that Carter was benched due to deep governmental misogyny and funded a backup plan (the Hydra Stomper). Then what if the story then became Carter having to prove herself against a machine, like a play off of the old John Henry story? Instead, it comes off weird because Steve didnt get an Iron Man sidekick so why does Carter need one? 2) Hydra was trying to bring in some Cthulu elder god tentacle monster? Really? They were using that cube as a weapon in the Cap movie. They had no idea it was a transportation device but suddenly they are fanatics aware of inter-dimensional travel? And government guys just talk about that detail like it's another Tuesday. 3) Why is Carter in a super hero suit? It made sense for Cap because they used him for morale in USO shows. He then continued to wear the suit on the field as a continued morale booster due to the character's recognition. But Carter didn't have that excuse so it just came off as lazy writer's justification for putting her in a super hero suit. Know what would have worked? Have the gov dump her in the suit in USO shows under some bigoted idea that as a woman she's only good for getting the men pumped up for war. Meanwhile they work on their backup plan, the random Iron Robot suit that they just happen to have but never used before but Carter, not one to be disrespected like that, sneaks onto the battlefield to rescue some POWs when she learns the gov doesnt want to risk their Iron Man getting captured by enemies and reverse engineered. Thus, an excuse to wear her suit. She's sending a message and getting the job done at the same time. Lazy. Damn lazy.
