when rick said they killed a vampire and gym teacher wouldnt the charge be maybe less than manslaughter since the vampire was killing people and summer did say earlier in the episode that someone did get bite on the neck and all their blood drained, wouldnt it be like still a long time in prison but just not that long like manslaughter?

you forgot the part where he destroyed the citadel, made the intergalactic government collapse by changing a 1 to a 0, murderd hundreds of ricks between the time of getting back to beth and the murder of his wife, has committed countless crimes against the intergalactic government, had beth play with stuff to torture the neighborhood, commited murder in the oval office, had a turkey fight with the president, and so on and so on.

I dont agree with gear head. He was holding him at gun point. Thats deadly force. Rick was wntitled to use deadly force in return but simply kicked the dude in the nuts and since his nuts are detachable, put it on his face to fully incapacitate his attacker. There was no permanent damage
