This reminds me of that one What If fight in DBZ BT3; in that game, you can play as Devilman, and the Devilmite Beam was able to do massive damage to any villain-character. In the What If battle, Devilman was able to One-shot any bad guy with that beam, including Frieza!

Also... Now I can't help but think of another What If.. What if... Baba became a Z-Fighter. Basically at one point she decides to help the group, and makes use of the Dragonballs to regain her youth and then trains her magic. Possibly later allowing her to bring back MORE than just 1 person at a time during a time period. During the Saiyan saga, she'd bring back some ally to help fight against the Saiyans for example.

I just realized that the Zamasu what if wasn’t one of the April ones! IT GETS TO STAY! Hol up, what would happen if he hit Beerus? Also when the effects of the DevilMite beam were shown on some guy he hit it erased most if not his entire body. Shouldn’t have the same thing happened to Nappa? I hope this guy returns in Sparking Zero! His move’s gimmick in BT3 was really fun and it would be cool to see it in the new game.

He has been shown not to be pure of heart like how despite his important role as the elected God of destruction for universe 7 he doesn’t take the role seriously and doesn’t do his job a lot of the time. And he along with the other gods of destruction are all mortals who were elected into their roles so it’s not like they can’t have some evil in them.

This was a good story. Reminded me of this what if level from BT3. It's interesting to see super hero devilman. Plus really love the background music. Gave a nice tension and uncomfortable sensation to what the characters are going through. Well considering this is the last of your April's pilots come voting I will probably vote for Toriyamas original concept for the android saga while I loved all these recent stories I it would be cool to see how that story developed regardless of it being fan made. Again you guys did a great job this April

See, this is interesting in the sense that by the rules rattled off you can imagine ways in which this power may not work even with bad guys, but still have a variety of major arcs in "danger" of ending early at any given time. Very cool idea

Yeah, Akuman (Spike) and his special move would probably be nerfed in universe to be effective up to a certain amount of ki or magic power. Like the way Vegeta was able to resist Babidi's mind control. There would probably be some character able to either just resist their own evil or defend against the attack. Dr. Gero would probably be imune for becoming more of a robot than a cyborg. I can see Guldo being imune because he also has weird special skills that combine ki and magic.

The only issue I ever really had with Devilmite beam is; he would get speed blitzed. Realistically he COULD solo plenty of people with it. What is stopping him is; could he land it? Do we really think Devilmite Beam is landing on Freeza?

On the topic of Baba's fighters I think a fun silly what if is "What if Krillin turned into a vampire after he got bit in his fight with fangs". Would be a minor change but Krillin gets bat shapeshifting and natural flight before the 22nd world tournament which is a big buff in that format. He would still probably lose to Goku but maybe he can escape Tambourine. He also gets some form of longevity as Fangs was a few hundred years old but I don't think that would be relevant.

This was really creative and I wonder if you'll continue it. My guess is that as long as the enemy is biological, evil and not being able to regenerate then it should work. So it may not have worked on Piccolo Jr since he can regenerate, but otherwise up to the Namek saga it would have been busted. Then with the androids I guess it could have only worked against 20, 17 and 18 and in the Buu saga against everything but Buu and maybe Dabura. For Super and GT the possibilities are even better. I wonder if Beerus would have been immune or not.

There are a number of places that you could go with this. For example, Spike starts going mad with power and when he finds out that Super Saiyan would make Goku susceptible to his beam, he decides to become a villain

Now I'm curious about the Devilmite Beam. I know it would work on villains like Frieza's goon, The Ginyu Force and Frieza himself, Cooler, Broly, etc. But what about villains who aren't normal, like Android 20 (Dr.Gero) majority of his body when he fought the Z Fighters was mechanical and the only living part of him (that we know of) was his brain under his hat. Would the Devilmite Beam destroy his brain? Or what about Cell? Does the Devilmite Beam target just his heart or the nucleus that can revive him even after he self-destructed?
