Kinda saw the others coming but was surprised to see Dorbickmon really like the reasoning for the choice. Think another possibility might be Megidramon since its apart of the 4 great dragons alongside Azulongmon and because it has the danger of the digital hazard, it does make a nice contrast to the more graceful Azulongmon.

I love Dorbickmon as a Triceramon Mega (especially if it's coming off Tyrannomon to fold in the fire and predator elements), even having a tricera-head. Though I always thought of Examon having more Welsh Dragon connections, even using Caledfwlch (the Welsh name for Excalibur) as it's wings name, though I guess he's not very dark themed. Meanwhile, I would have guessed Leomon as the Bearmon to LoaderLiomon connection, then give either SaberLeomon, Dinotigemon, or even AncientSphinxmon as the Mega.

A loose connection, but in BT9 Tapirmon's line looks to go into Gaioumon (Tapirmon is just Black but boosts multi-colours; Monochromon, Megadramon, and Gaioumon make up all the Black/Red in the set; this is also the one with Maki). While Ruin Mode would be awesome to see (and a great potential villain if Maki re-emerges), Gaioumon would also make an interesting Mega is Tapirmon reappears. Side note: Tapirmon's one of my favourites, and I'm always down to see more of them

Funny you bring up ReArise because, to me, something about Michi always came off as being like she could be related to Kari. They look a bit alike and have the same partner. (Also, one of the only English voices confirmed for the game was Tom Fahn as Agumon, like in Adventure)

Love customs and og evolutions, 1 idea I'd have for the OG digidestins would be what if they could armor digivolve with armors based on there sovereign forms or possible ancient digimon bc they had yet evolve to there megas but require these powers to overcome a force created from Apocalymon before the dark masters

Fanglongmon is probably the outlier because the sovereign are based on the four saint beasts of asian mythology, which are seen across a whole range of anime. Each represents a different element and corner of the eastern night sky, with no visible constelations in the midle, where the fifth would be. This leaves some debate as to what the fifth even represents, be it darkness or earth, an empty void or the planet itself, a literal dragon, a dark warrior or the figurative "dragon" that is the emperor. It's not strictly one of the four, yet when it exists it's also the most important of the four. And there's something delightfully fitting in how its digimon representation has gone from pointed absence to revered gold dragon to embodiment of darkness.

To be honest I think it would have been a really interesting twist if it would have turned out the original digidestiant's, I'm pretty sure I didn't spell that right, digimon had become the dark masters from Adventure. It would have made an interesting plot for Tri or something else involving the adventure crew to discover what happened and then fearing their own digimon could suffer a similar fate.

idea for reversed jogress digivolution while watching your dark dna digivolution, I thought of your reversed tamers megas and thought of this. i thought of what details each champion had and worked from there instead of exveemon i felt it right to use veemons alternative evo veedramon, with exveemon i felt the things he represented were thin,wings and rational so with his opposite i felt it should be wide, wingless and savage and i felt those represent veedramon next is stingmon who i felt represents thin, calm and conversable so wide, crazy and non talkative so i decided to use eithe kuwagamon or flymon next is Ankylomon, which turned out to be the hardest to find a representations for, in the end the ones i came up with were armour, quadrupedal and slow (couldn't think of anything else) so it's opposite will be armourless, bipedal and fast and i went with SymbareAngoramon (if you have a better choice go with it) which i like cause it continues the mammal motif from armadillomon next is aquilamon who i had difficultys with but my representations for him was flight,horns and non fictional origin (again not sure what to pick) so it should be a flightless, hornless and mythological origin the one i went with was Kokatorimon next is angemon for this one the representations were pretty easy angel, humanoid and rational so the flip side would be devil, beast and savage which perfectly describes devidramon. i didnt want to just use devimon But wanted to use something in the devimon family and i feel that devidramon doesn't get the love it deserves lastly is Gatomon this one is also hard so the representations i chose were beast, weaponless and armourless and yep im choosing skullknightmon i feel like its the perfect choice for a reverse jogress digivolution (if you want have any suggestions or changes you want to make just do it its your opinion and i cant change that)

It is said in Baihumon's reference book that though he is the youngest of the four Holy Beasts, he is the most powerful. If Daigo and Bearmon were like Tai and Agumon, the goggleheads and leader of the group, it would make sense. Do you think there is an alternate reality where Callismon is the Master of the "Dark Holy Beasts", and has under his command Ornismon, Dorbickmon, Nihdoggmon and freaking Fanglongmon Ruin Mode? A Callismon so powerful he controls a litteral god. Now that's a terrifying idea

I'd actually think MadLeomon might also work for the Bearmon line since I always felt that that it felt like the missing piece from the Leomon and Bear/Grizmon lines that sort of bridges the gap for Calismon but you would have to flip the levels a bit since MadLeomon is an adult where Loader is a Perfect.

With the Callismon using Arkadimon data thing I'm curious if they'll keep that whenever its added to the reference book, I know the Bemmon/Snatchmon Evos got handwaved to just absorbing data from non-specific ships/satellites instead of merging with specific ones like in Digimon World 3, so I could see Callismon just being corrupted somehow without needing Arkadimon data.

Callismon makes much sense. The other ones also but for Azulongmon i would choose Megidramon it feels like the opposite of him and is a good Pick for that Matter. Ornismon is cool i hope to see it in Digimon Ghost Game or a new Digimon Game. Nidhoggmon makes also a great Dark Version of Ebonwumon and is since i saw the reboot one of my New Favorite Digimon along Abaddomon Core. And Huanglongmon Ruin Mode looks just great and i loved survive. Now to hope that Regular Huanglongmon and Ruin Mode get a Anime Debut and are usable in the next Digimon Games.

I just realized that saying original digidensted is too easy to mix up with the season 1 cast and maybe we should think of a different names to call them to make it easier like I was thinking of calling them the Beta digidensted cause of how homeostasis reffers to the season 1 cast as a new deterrent to the darkness / why didn't any of the digimon sovereigns visit their old partners at the end of season 2 my theory besides it not being part of canon yet is they lost all their digimon and homeostasis just used their digimon to make or revive the sovereigns

While creating Custom Designs for the *Four Perils* in Digimon form would be ideal to be dark alternatives to the Sovereigns, if we need to use existing Digimon I would probably work with the Theme of *'The Four Calamities': Nidhoggmon,* Degrader of the Kernel; *Megidramon,* Ravager from the Digital Hazard; *Chronomon DM,* The End of Time; and *Raguelmon,* Harbinger of the Apocalypse. As for Maki's Tapirmon, I don't think we could have a list of Digital Disasters without the Scourge of all Realities, *Milleniumon,* could we??? And if we need to fuse them all together, the best choice for this Apocalyptic Quintet would most likely be *The One that Cannot Exist, UltimateChaosmon!* I tried to use some of the less common choices while keeping within the general feasibility for each one's previous forms, and avoiding many of the usual Villainous Factions that already exist - plus any reference to a part of the Hyokomon Line has gotta be a hit with you, right? Raguelmon is probably the least solid of my choices, but I figure there should be _some_ reference to *Apocalymon* in there...
