couple mechanics notes - matcha gotcha doesn't have the heal flag in the game, so like bitter blade, it doesn't work with triage. normalize only boosts moves whose type gets changed by 1.2x, so already-normal moves don't get a boost (beads of ruin or adaptability would give a higher boost anyway). embody aspect doesn't work on anything that isn't ogerpon.

embody aspect does work on other mons and it doesnt even require a mask, legit just used it in AAA

One set I can see work well for the fire Ogerpon is desolate land. Permanent boost to fire stab + solar blade no charge. Synthesis also getting extra healing to help heal off damage

Flare boost bloodmoon it could be guts like regular luna but special and pretty funny since blood moon the move is the same power as facade technically

Rocky Payload I believe gives a 1.5x boost while adaptability gives a 1.33x boost on stab moves. 2.25x boost with Rocky Payload but only a 2x boost with Adaptability. But adaptability also boosts your other stab so it is usually better.

For Ogidogi, I was thinking either Contrary Superpower - because it already has good bulk and damage and you could boost it even more while attacking, or Triage bulk up to play sort of like iron hands except with a better pixelate/fairy matchup

Not AAA, but I've been having fun with a Dipplin build in monotype. Sticky Hold is fantastic for an eviolite user, and you do have the ability to trap and chip stuff with Infestation (plus Dragon Tail to phase so that dipplin can't be set up on, of course). It manages to do far more work than it seems like it would

Regenerator AV cornerstone mask sounds vicious in the sand bro, that’s 513 spdef uninvested. If you treat this thing like a tar and get it in with regenerator +sand or with sand stream and you have a fast mon that’s got stab horn leech that’s swinging around a 372 attack stat adamant.

Okidogi with tough claws should run poison jab over junk shot, JK doesn’t get the tough claws boost while PJ does, and PJ has the reliable accuracy. So about same BP with much more reliability in poison jab

You should try the ability flare boost. 1.5x special attack boost when the Pokémon is burned.
