Despite the points showed, a victorius italy will never be involved in a civil war situation like IRL. Yes, this victory is not that good as hoped by the regime, but it's still something more than something less. Mussolini could just stop support Hitler's moves and that's it. Or in alternative a fascist more british alligned figure like Grandi could have became the new Duce during the inner assembly reunion of the party, and he had the number IRL to ended the Mussolini's rule in 1943. So in my view the two options are these: an angry Mussolini against the false german promises, or a new fascist figure, possibly moderate and close to the allies and the western world

Not bad, averting the usual "nuclear suicide is fine" approach that, let's be real, gets added in to our HOI4 mods to give an actual war to fight in a wargame. Even if it is truncated into what is effectively a board game RPG.

Just a note, Sheng Shicai did not like Soviet influence. If he had lost his main benefactor, being the Soviet Union, he would've just realligned with China. Sheng asked the Soviets to withdraw in 1943, and they only actually withdrew in 1943. The National Revolutionary Army occupied Xinjiang after this, and Sheng reaffirmed his commitment to Chiang-kai-Shek's Nanjing Government. I doubt there would be any Ughyur state in the area considering the NRA was able to occupy the territory while on the backfoot against the Japanese.

I agree with this. Historically Sheng was only deposed from power in '44 by Chiang when the KMT found him arresting their officials and attempting to side back with the USSR after its victories in the Western Front. Had the Soviets collapsed I doubt Sheng Shicai would ever be deposed by the KMT. Also Sheng asked in '42 iirc, not '43.

Goering is easily the most likely to win considering the connections he has made with the SS and the Wehrmacht, from his role in the German economy (However poor it is), his image as an almost Fuher like image, and the fact that he was regularly considered for being his heir. This is just from WW2 alone. His power, as an already established figure, would likely grow. The Austrian Painter probably isn't going to live very far into the 50s, even without the issues that came about from WW2 turning against his favour, so newer figures have less time to develop themselves and the issue of Goering's age become less important.

Could you in future elaborate further about "Soviet anarchy"? Personally I found this trope questionably unbelivable since the TNO introduced it - like Siberia for example isn't sustainable to be partitioned by dozens of independent warlords as there not that many people live in such harsh enviroment to be supporting bases for them all; or lack of any strong political opposition other than separartist movements to divide the state into straight civil war after Steel man departure; not to say about existing threat of Germany that is still present, which is a huge argument for any political rival to put all diferences and keep working together for their own survival

From what I know Alfred Rosenberg said in 1942 or 1943 that Russia will break apart into several harmless peasant countries in Siberia... But I don't know if the creators of TNO knew about it, and it doesn't change the fact that the total collapse of the USSR would not have been guaranteed no matter what he would have said. although a civil war could break out after, for example, a spark in the form of a revolt by gulag prisoners. But the decline to such an extent that in TNO SATANITS😈 are roaming Russia is probably an exaggeration🤣... but who knows anyway😝😉.

Maybe the soviet rumpstate is comparebil to some failed african states. There somewere is a "Goverment" (maybe in Irkutsk), wich close to Zero power beyond the remaining larger cities. The northern countryside is maybe left to its own divices and seperatists and revolting soliders carf up their areas of influence. In this Situation the USA or China could try to occupy the russian far east with some troops resembiling our UN-peacekeapers or in Chinas case annex outer Manchuria directly.

On the feedback you wanted at the end of the video, Bulgaria, Rumania and Hungary would probably instantly switch sides to support the Kingdom of Italy whence the civil war begins, or at the very least stay neutral. In otl, all three nations' leadership (except for the Iron Guard in Rumania obviously, but they were very much counterballanced by the monarchy) despised Germany and only joined the Axis out of a need for survival. Even whilst being actively at war with the Allies in otl, nations like Bulgaria kept cordial relations with the USSR up until the very invasion (and funnily recognised both the ISR and KOI simultaneously with both having consulates in Sofia), they refused to deport any Jews from their (home) territories, as did Hungary after Horthy was informed of the Holocaust by Papal delegates and all three nations tried (some more successfully than others) to switch sides, with Hungary only being kept on boat by German military occupation, Rumania fighting actively against Germany and Bulgarian troops being at war with the entire world (and also conducting operations often attributed in the West by default to the partisans in Hungary and Yugoslavia). In this timeline, without a war in the West and urgency for The final solution, I doubt any Jews would be deported from these countries, nor would they proactively follow German foreign policy, having maintained either partially democratic or at the very least anti-German rule, so no doubt they would, too, take the opportunity to fight Germany the moment it presents itself. This, again, even happened irl, with Rumania and Bulgaria forming some of their best tank battalions with German machinery under the pretence of participation in Opperation Barbarossa and then turning them against their military patrons. Certain figures like Tsar Boris III and Horthy would also probably still be in charge of their nations, ensuring anti-Axis sentiment. I also think that the Catholic church would encourage mass resistence against Germany like it did in otl, however to what extent I cannot tell.

If you want to see a real "What if everything perfect for the Axis", let the business plot succeed, among other things, creating a pro-German state that gives Germany enough breathing room to have a less difficult war and easier time to develop. It would also stunt the American atomic program, allowing Germany enough time of bashing its head against the wall to develop their own nukes, allowing mutually assured destruction by the time the pro-German regime falls. Also, the Axis powers could eventually develop an economic relationship with America that is similar to China with America, linking their economies to make sure that neither will try to collapse the other. An economic mutually assured destruction. Germany might do this if their own economy would not be too negatively impacted by the loss of America is MAD was tested. They would defiantly have a lot of "cheap" (Slave) labour in their RKs that could produce some excess basic goods to export to the rest of the world (After Germany meets its own needs). Germany wouldn't even have the middle-income trap in this scenario because the trap of maintaining servitude while fully German sectors/territories could prosper more, which is in German ideological and practical interests in maintaining the power dynamic between Germania and their colonies. This in combination with other PODs could set the Axis up for global domination.

If you ever do a Germania series, do look into german racial theories at the time, they were very crucial to H man. Nordicism is the basis of most of it, with it deriving from skull measuring and other categorizations. His idea of race would more accurately be called phenotypes today

Maybe a proxy war can happen in Tibet and Afghanistan: if China, frindly with Germany, invades Tibet and threat India, Britain and USA could intervene by supporting Tibet for a buffer zone between India and China. Meanwhile in Afghanistan, a civil war or an invasion by a superpower can happen like our real history. Personally, I think civil war can be more interesting, causing a proxy war. (Yeah I know, I'm a fan of TNO)

Central Asia would be less divided, considering that Islamic fundamentalists unify it. Even if another ideology unifies the region, it would still be unified under a Turkestan government. The borders you used in the map were created by USSR to divide the Central Asians. In this timeline though, Central Asian Turks would be unified under one government, federal or unitary.

i have some ideas, in which Russia being Reunified under a new Democratic Government, thus leading to the Formation of The "Russian Federation. and a new Moderate taking power after Hitlers Death, an Algerian Revolt in French Africa, and a German Invasion of England in 1983 after the Moderates death would be cool, and after A combination of American and British Troops Pushing The Germans out of England after The Battle of London, thus leading to Ronald Regan to win all 50 states in the 1984 Election. South Italy is able to Push into North Italy by 1987, American and British Troops Invade Mainland Europe in June of 1987, meanwhile The Russian Federation Joins The War in 1988, and George HW Bush still takes power in 1988, and in March of 1989 American Troops take Berlin, just as Russian Troops are invading Germanys Colonies in The East. with Russia annexing Germanys Colonies in The East, and would Establish Reconstruction Goverments in The Baltics, Belarus, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbjhan. meanwhile The United States, France, and Britian would establish a Join Occupation of Germany. meanwhile The American Economy would boom, thus leading To George HW Bush winning Reelection in 1992, and in 1994 The Federal Republic of Germany is established. and in 1996 Al Gore would take power. CSA isn’t happening there’s absolutely no way the American people or government would allow any form of far right regime to come anywhere near to power in the US With the threat of Germany instead of the USSR. India is independent but still in the Commonwealth and American sphere of influence, The Boers would likely be granted greater autonomy to ensure South Africa remains aligned with the west, Iraq is a potential ally to the Germans as is Argentina and Paraguay as some of Latin America in OTL were more Axis leaning. Armenia too could be another potential ally.
