Hmmm, good point. But maybe he was just on the brink of madness mentally and was turning into a zombie. Also, although the T-virus and C-virus are different I always disliked the RE6 zombies using weapons. They'd have flaming sticks, baseball bats, and everyone with a magnum pistol was a crack shot. And just one more thing... there weren't Lickers in the original RE3. There were Beta Hunters, Gamma Hunters, those blood sucker things that crawl around, whatever they're called. But it makes sense they put them in 3make cause they were obviously all around RPD. We also see them in Outbreak on the 4th level Hellfire at the Apple Inn. And I think they might've been in Outbreak File #2 level Desperate Escape, which takes place at RPD.

This is not long after Brad was bitten. He is in early stage of zombification. Some early stage zombies in RE2 still had some kind of mental awareness left and formed words still. As did Kendo's daughter Emma who although succumbing to the infection could still say a couple of basic words. So in both remakes it is not that uncommon. We also saw Birken fight the G virus saying things like "help me" and actively saving Sherry twice before mutating and losing what little of himself he had left.

Original is still canon In the remake Sherry is free of the G virus, but she was never free of the g virus, this is a contradiction with RE6, It is Annette who states this fact looking at the monitor with the results of Sherry's exam. Ada never fell off the platform, her continuity in the franchise is from Leon B where she saves Leon from the T-103 and has her continuity in UC Deaths door. Another minor example, The file Leon and Ada in RE6 describes the events from the original RE2, Sherry tells Jake that Leon saved her, he indeed saved her because he was the one who takes Sherry out of the lab and put her in train. This didn't happen in the Reimagining, Leon only meets Sherry when she was already inside the train. In RE6 when Ada is about to save Sherry and Jake she sarcastically says "I'm going to return the kindness your parents gave me" Of course, Annette almost killed her by shooting her, and William almost ripped her head off in the Cable Car and almost ripped her arm off in the train. this doesn't happen in the Reimagining, Ada doesn't even meet William. There are a lot more details but RE:2 has continuity problems , the events don't fit the continuity of the franchise and so it's not canon, this is exactly what was said especially by Pete the producer, it's a Re-imagining, and revisiting is the same as reimagining, RE: 2 does the same as Shattered Memories did. Resident Evil 2 Remake IS NOT CANON and doesn't fit the main plot. Resident Evil 98 with Its events is the Canon game with Claire A / Leon B for the closest canon with some additional information. RE3trashmake is worst game ever made

Technically speaking Leon hasn't gotten there yet. He arrives after Marvin was bitten, and not just a few minutes after he was bitten, but long enough that Marvin is on the verge of turning, which means, RE3 actually happens before RE2. And if 2 happened before 3 then the buttons on the machine in the stars locker room would still be on the machine.

The keycard (i believe) is in the room below where you fight brad. The place where leon gets his rpd uniform. When brad appears in front of the station turn around and head down the stairs and there should be a room.
