More like: What if Germany actually waited 3 more years before starting a massive war against the allies dragging an unprepared Italy in it despite the agreements. Italy had just fought (and won) in the Ethiopian war (guerilla warfare and mountainous terrain where the italians were outnumbered 3:1 and the Ethiopians had french, British and Russian support and weapons), in the annexation of Albania, and in the Spanish civil war (changing the tides of the war completely). Italy also got heavily sanctioned, and still had to recover from being isolated due to the war in Abyssinia. It was basically like modern day Russia. Even Germany secretly sent weapons to the Ethiopians because they wanted to conquer Austria which was under italian protection. So yeah, laugh all you want at those overused and highly unfunny memes but know that they are far from reality.

They did have a easy mode with how many advantages they fucking had over the Axis. the Reason you ask for this is that the allies were fumblign at the start. They did have easy mode on, the Axis had to meta game HARD and do everything to stop bullshit from starting and eventually they lost.
