Can we see what happens when you ONLY kill Glad Dummy in Undertale? They don't give you any EXP, so maybe Undyne and Sans won't get mad at you?

It isn't based on gaining EXP. It's based on your kill count. Now, there ARE some fights that don't increment this, but for the most part, killing things will typically make them mad, whether it grants EXP or not. Ironically, Mettaton NEO (During Alphys ending) and Sans don't count as kills, so you're fine to kill them, but nobody else
