I've been going through the drive for health and weight loss, I'm 47, lost 22lb now nearly in the green range BMI, 8lb to go, lots of walking, loads of fruit, veg, low carb, plenty of tinned oily fish, feeling and looking way better now, I find the calorie tracking apps really make this possible, I use the my net diary one, I set it to 1300 cals a day, that gives me a real world 1lb a week weight loss

Nobody can get ripped in 30 days, the body needs atleast 1 week of a full month to heal muscle. Took me around 5 months, no trt, no steroids. No enchanced "pills" just going to the gym 4 days a week.

Love reading comments like this one 😂 you just have eat 2500 calories per day, who gives a shit how you consume it 😂😂 spread it out over the whole day or eat it in 1 serving, its still 2500 calories makes no difference 😂😂

@@adam.677 You are obviously not a dietician. While he is waiting for 7 o'clock to eat his body is expecting food. When the body is expecting food it stores fat in case there is no food. Which means he will be gaining weight instead of losing it. Also if you have small meals spaced out through the day you are less likely to be hungry. It isn't rocket science.
