@@EmergencyFocus Thank you for confirmation. i can try my best to tell my point . Here comes the internship experience where i learn the basic skills. For the fact getting RMO in any hospital doesn’t mean they learned better skills rite ? Some(not all) hospitals MO doesn’t need to do anything because everything is taken care by consultants. They appoint as MO to claim they have 24 hours doctor present in hospital nothing more . Tbh comparing to those 1 year exp MO i have better understanding in subjects and par with clinical skills thats why i asked is it necessary or not . Its like Old car with tyre , engine and fuel like but the car doesn’t start . If they have chance to prove themselves why not freshers who completed internship and dealt with ~50 OP per day 3 times a week, assisted most emergency care and some minor procedures. These all are documented in log book though . Anyways those are AMC regulations but you asked me sir so i tried my best to convey what i feel . Thanks for giving opportunity to talk about this .
