@josephmurrill8530 Yes, but Trump can dissolve agencies. The executive branch is the leader of many of the agencies that, in the end, report to him. These contracts are with the agencies. No agency, no contract. They can try to go to court, but it won't work because the executive control gives him this right. Anything with congress control can cut spending so that these employees may have jobs, but with no budget, they can't work. There are many ways to get rid of most of the government wasted jobs. Just like a union at any corporation, if the corporation isn't there, the contract is worthless.
