In-Vivo coding can be defined as a method of qualitative analysis that uses the respondent or participant's own words to summarise the data. We'll show different ways to apply in-vivo coding, using it as part of grounded theory, and discuss the differences between discourse analysis. Not to be confused with NVivo software!
