There is a different between wanting something and wanting the option to have something. Manufactures have to decipher consumer demand against the costs of developing the product and likelihood of it actually selling. I assure you the majority of people who "want" a two door gladiator (count me in there) vs those who would actually buy it is massive. "I want a two door gladiator!" ok here is a two door gladiator... "well I want a two door DIESEL gladiator".... Ok here ia two door diesel gladiator... "I want a TWO DOOR DIESEL MANUAL gladiator!" ok...... Here is a two door diesel manual gladiator... "it costs WHAT!!!!??? I'm not buying that!". A couple of tools and a bracket is pretty simple compared to developing an entire vehicle.

I love the shade of green, those white steelies are very cool. They should paint “Willys” white and make the “s” look like an “s”. Love that there is no black plastic and everything is body colored matched!!!! Installed compressor that has gauges and looks cool - awesome! It’s really retro and cool so that means they won’t build it. LOL But Jeep is trying hard to compete with the Bronco! I love that. I WOULD RATHER THEY MAKE THE “SHORTCUT” CONCEPT JEEP YOU HAVE IN YOUR OTHER VIDEO.

I have that exact winch on my cj-8 it’s great. A benefit many don’t think about is since it is a more compact package my turn signals are still visible where on cjs some of the modern units would hide the lights.

I love it. The color and the look. My daily is a 2021 JLU Altitude in silver, but man that turquoise-teal is cool as hell. Where I live, the tires wouldn't cut it (We get a LOT of snow and glare ice) but that retro pops!

Oh darn you, now my wife is going to want that color. Those tires would be great in snow I'm betting. But, that is like her favorite color in the world ON A VEHICLE. She wants me to get my hands on a national forest service auction jeep. I almost got one in a Ram 2500 but didn't want to drive 1800 miles to pick it up, got billet silver instead. AND, you can order that color on a Ram as one of their "extra" colors. I think they keep it for the National Forest Service, but you occasionally see one in the civilian world NEW. For some reason, there was a dealer in laPorte Indiana that seems to like that color and orders some every year.

Nice looking Jeep. It reminds me the Jeep my uncle had in the 80s. He paint it Corvette yellow. Back then he used marine grade paint because we lived in the coast. He use it at the beach most of the time. Love the looks but I would prefer an ICE. With a big tank so it has a range over 300-500 miles.

I think the point of hanging the tools off of the roof is for two reasons: 1) easy access to things you need (shovels, jack, etc.) instead of having to open doors/compartments to reach them. 2) open up space inside the vehicle for things you can't hang on the roof...like a stove, refrigerator, generator, etc. Sure, some people may drive around town (Costco) with a shovel or jack and never actually go off-road and use them, but I think most who do use them prefer the current set-up based on the above reasons.

Is that air compressor something that's available to buy now? I have been trying to find a spot to stick one in my 4xe Rubicon since I got it back in 2021, but there just isn't much space for one anywhere. That's such a perfect spot if there's room in there. I even have the fold out table already (which, yes, it's an official mopar/Jeep add on for at least a couple of years now and it's great to have), so I know it should fit mine.

I like the retro look, very cool! I had a ‘64 Willys. If I were looking for a new Jeep, I would be looking for one like that but without the electric drivetrain. Just give me the hardcore off road equipment. Front and rear lockers, large tires, winch and Jeep can keep all the high dollar electronics.
