@@AbdulKhader-786 if I had a choice to miss 1 Salah or feed 5 hungry poor children, I would feed the 5 children without a doubt as Allah loves those who give charity, and have a pure heart

It's simply not just about praying to feed the soul, because what's the point of praying when your soul is not pure. I get that Salah is important for us Muslims so that we make stay connected with Allah, but that is simply not enough, practice what we preach

The concept of langar is among the most altruistic I've ever seen. Its ideals are badly needed now....especially in the United States!!

Brother there is a video of the channel of jagraj veerji titled "Sikh Rehat maryaada part 2", in that video he tells us which baanis to read and when. If you don't have time to go through the video, here's the list... Japji sahib, jaap sahib, tav Prasad savaiye, chaupai sahib and Anand sahib during amrit vela (3-6am) Rehras sahib (after sunset) Kirtan Sohila sahib (before sleeping) These are the basic ones. :) Though you can read as many baanis as you feel like but these are just the basic ones that all amritdhaari Sikhs should read. :) Waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki Fateh 🙏🏻😊

True Langar should be cooked with love , served with love ..this is true Langer which now is mostly cooked with Punjabi women talking nonsense, and serving unhygenicaly. 5 preparations make the Langer ...1- Roti 2- Dall 3 - Sabjhi 4- Rice 5- kheer or halwa or any sweet preparation ...that should be daily 5 preparations. ..simple but nutritious

Channel such as yours should be very careful in your research. You have incorrectly quoted ਕਰੀ ਪਾਕਸਾਲ ਸੋਚ ਪਵਿਤ੍ਰਾ ਹੁਣਿ ਲਾਵਹੁ ਭੋਗੁ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਏ for langar and bhog. This Shabad and these lines do not have anything to do with bhog to food that humans eat - this is not a Sikh principle. Please read the whole Shabad. If you are going to translate the lines literally like you have, then what are you going to do about the very next line of the same Shabad? ਦੁਸਟ ਬਿਦਾਰੇ ਸਾਜਨ ਰਹਸੇ .... Are you going to go out and physically kill people who are your enemies? Kindly edit and repost 🙏🏾

Having been to many gurdwaras in London and Birmingham ..this is what I found : 1- food and hygiene standard is low ...most would fail..food and hygiene inspectors need to regularly check out all gurdwaras. 2- most Punjabi women are unhygienic and talk nonsense when cooking langar. 3- most times Langar is not served with love Guru Nanak would not accept langar the way it's cooked and served..disgusting But changes and upgrading langar should be made: 1- food and hygiene inspectors need to visit gurdwaras more often and award it a certificate 2 - those doing seva must wear hairnets, aprons and gloves ..women must stop talking nonsense and chant wahaguru...as the consciousness of the cook goes in the food. Women constantly touch their chunis while making chapattis and serving and this must be stopped by them told to wear hairnets and tuck their chunis in so they don't touch them . 3- wether be it a king or a begger all must be served with love So langar cooked with love and served with love is called Guru Ka Langar Guru Nanak Ji would come to such a Gurdwara..

I haven’t been to gurudwaras in London or Birmingham because I’m from USA. Since it’s not a business and the food is free there’s no need for food and hygiene inspections and I have doubts about what you said because I’ve seen your previous comments and it shows you just have a hatred towards Sikhism and are mostly likely just lying and spreading false rumors. Langar was institutionalized in gurudwaras by Guru Angad dev ji. To assume you know what Guru Nanak would accept or not accept is also presumptuous of yourself since you don’t know Guru Nanak.

@@supreetsinghvirk6792 Sant Baba Puran Singh ji from Kenya went to gurdwara and was served prashdam ( Langar ) he said there is poison in this langar ..they asked him whats wrong and he said some of the women in the kitchen cooking this langar were talking nonsense instead of chanting wahaguru so their bad. Vibes have gone in this langar making it poisonous...he did not eat. Now do you understand ..I have full respect for Sikh gurus, Sikh holy scriptures and pure Sikhism but what I am trying to tell you is that some of the people in Sikh gurdwaras are uneducated and generally rude and arrogent ..found most Punjabi women rude. What really put me right off is I saw some amaritari eating behind the serving counter and not even washing hands..should not be eating there anyway. Did you know for a fact that 99% of the Sikhs do not wash their hands before eating ..did you know this ??? Do animals wash their hands before eating ???well no so in this respect most Sikhs are no better then animals

@@sriradhe108 I don’t know who sant baba puran Singh ji is but if you’ve witnessed this did you go and correct them and tell them how to better themselves? If you’re educated then you should walk to the gurdwaras and teach them how to better conduct themselves in regards to hygiene. I wonder where you got the data from that says 99% of Sikhs don’t wash their hands before eating? Where I’m from there’s a sink at the entrance of the gurudwaras for people to wash their hands before entering inside.

@@supreetsinghvirk6792 ..I have watched in so many gurdwaras 99% of the Sikhs do not wash their hands before eating langar ...then out of the 1% who may wash their hands most dirty hands before eating by touching their clothing ..putting their hands on the dirty carpet when sitting for langar so in actual fact 99.9% eat with hands full of germs and bacteria before eating langar..do you understand..
