What is life expectancy?
It is a system that tells how many years a human lives; in India, men's life expectancy is 68 years, and women’s life expectancy is 70 years. If you are healthy, then you may live 67-70 years.
Can diabetes patients live a healthy and Long life?

A means HbA1c: Your HbA1c sugar levels should be less than seven.
B means blood pressure: Your blood pressure should be controlled.
C means cholesterol: Keep your bad cholesterol less and good cholesterol high. LDL should be less than 100mg/dL & HDL should be greater than 35 mg/dL in men and 40mg/dl in women.
D means dincharya(lifestyle): Follow a healthy lifestyle, eat healthily, sleep enough, exercise daily, take medicines on time, etc. Consume less sugar and oils.
