Hello Dada, I believed you, got rid of onion in my diet, effect is unbelievable. Bad sides of my character that I have been struggling to control, are simply gone.:)

Dada how can i remove feelings of guilt and fear by meditation...pls show me the way..in my meditation once i saw u giving me a precious pearl. This was .before i knew ur videos..pls guide me...

Once i told to my close friend - You know, i am ashamed of some things i have done in the past. - The most important thing is that you are not ashamed of what you are doing right now. - was his reply. I have really appreciated it. The past is past, and our eyes are given in front, to look forward, to move ahead. Once you know, that you do everything you can to evolve and to help others to move forward, the feelings of guilt will leave you.

A child needs to hear the explanation that Supreme Consciousness is all pervading, It is within you, within me, within a plant, within an animal, in the sky, in the Earth. And this Consciousness is nothing but pure Love and Joy, close your eyes, feel the love all around and within. The child can also repeat the universal mantra "baba nam kevalam", which can be translated as "love is all there is" or "everything is the expression of the Supreme Father"

It disturbs the mind. The mind becomes very restless and also emotionally and intuitionally dull. It becomes very difficult to do meditation.

I knew that this is going to be a funny one. not even one min. into the vid. and you are wrong. meditation has nothing to do with the mind. meditation is beyond the mind. what I expect that you referring to are meditation techniques (MT). subjective and objective reality connected? physics do not know if such a thing as objective reality exists.(look up the quantum theory, please). MT you can practice. Meditation, no. law of Meditation? no. what you are saying is this horrible positive thinking method, which cuts you off of your subjective reality. the Law of MT is: deeper you can look, closer to the truth you come. there are 112 MT designed by Lord Shiva and the point of focus is different in each of them, so it can suit the individual needs of a practitionar. sorry, but so far this is complete rubbish. misunderstanding, misinformation, misleading. I'm at 5 min into a video, and I think I don't want to go any further.
