Due to CIRCUMSTANCES in my life I have realized that my mind, spirit and body are all unhealthy and decided to work toward each of them. I was drawn from within towards meditation because of things I have heard people such as my rabbi say about it. You are the first place I came to and I'm glad to say it looks like the right place to learn about meditation in a practical way. Thank you brother. The idea of focus being the goal of meditation has freed my meditation from outcome. I have been mistakenly mediating with the idea of being relaxed and it has had some limited benefit but this makes much more sense for my whole life. If I can focus then I can also focus completely on relaxing should I need to. Namaskar

Thank you very much. I just got diagnosed cronic anxiety and I desided NOT to take the pills. But instead. learn how to calm my mind with meditation. Your videos have been a source of hope for me. but I am very new at meditation and I am still not able to silence the negative thoughts that triggers my anxiety. I watching your videos everyday and I love this. I hope one day I be hable to develop this practice.❤

Dadaji thanks for reply I have some questions please give reply and help me 1.without guidance or any guru can we proceed on in meditation 2. I am now trying to concentration my mind on the flow of air in the nose with full awareness thoughts are coming lesser sappose that I am able to fully concentration mind like aflow of oil. At this stage do I aware that I am now fully concentrated if I not aware then how could Idraw back my mind what is the feeling of that stage
