How long should I be on keto before I start experimenting with this?

I'm on chemo for ovarian cancer and don't high glucose foods or sugar. I also have a low thyroid. I've been on a low carb diet for a long time. I've been told to do a therapeutic keto diet under 20 grams. What do you suggest?

I'd suggest getting and using a CGM (continuous glucose monitor) or blood ketone meter to determine how many carbs is appropriate to get the cancer fighting foods in and keep blood sugar stable and continue to produce ketones.
