Do I need to write script for monologue or it is okey a free flow idea na lang at key terms or key scene na lang ang isusulat ko.. I'm not good in memorization kasi eh mag audition ako ulit eh monologue ang ipapagawa na lang sa akin dahio mahina ako sa script memorization

That's a good question po Ma'am. Well, wala naman pong masama kung magsusulat ka muna ng script. Or idraft mo muna sasabihin mo. Actually, I personally recommend script writing to my students. However, ang disadvantages naman po ng script writing sa iba, una they become too dependent sa script. To the point na they no longer sound natural when they speak kasi they try to recall in mind yung mga sinulat nila sa script. Kaya since namention mo po na you have difficulty with memorization, I highly suggest po na mag impromptu ka. Just speak out everything your mind and heart say. That will make you sound more natural and conversational with your audience. 🤗

2. If you have the idea about the topic, good thing din po yang mag draft ka po ng magiging flow ng monologue mo. Like what are the essential things na dapat mo pong imention.

Hello Sir! I appreciate you asking me about it. It also made me think and analyze the differences and similarity between Monologue and Declamation. And yes Monologue and Declamation are just the same. Both persons doing either the monologue or declamation tend to to talk to someone imaginary throwing or giving responses to a certain topic. And declamation may really be considered a monologue because there's only one person needed to deliver a declamation piece. I hope I was able to help you. God bless.

@@MissDenz Thabk you teacher. Huhuhu. Kasi that time jay audition for our mjorship screening. pinamonologue kami din I memorized talaga yung declamation na be my true friend and then pinakita ko sa kasamahan ko na nag audition din for BCAed. Sabi nya iba daw yung declamation sa Monologue hehehe

May type of declamation po kasi na gumagamit na lang ng ready made ng piece. example, you use the famous speech of a well-known president. then dineliver mo sya with more emphasis. The point is, as long as you speak aloud in public to express something about a specific topic/subject by yourself (I mean 'alone') that can be considered as monologue. And so I believe what you did is still a monologue. :) God Bless you Sir. Fighting!
