The video "What are the BETA?" got me interested in the franchise. A couple of days ago I finished the main trilogy, and holy shit it was a hell of a ride. Now I'm finishing the side stories in photonflowers, and about to start Total Eclipse. Can't get enough of this franchise.

Sadly the Anime (premise for it mostly) but as well S1 ,left alot of new people just out of the loop if you dont play the trilogy an such. Which is ashame because it adds to reasons why people will drop the anime. Glad we could help! -G

Its one hell of a wild ride thats what it amounts to story wise. As someone who half skipped extra i can tell you it was a mistake in hindsight,the story matters. War and mechs are nice but extra was also a good breather. Imo this is part of what makes muv luv such an amazing anime/vn series to get into (vns being first before anime was made) -G

@@yagoda5671 Clips from the anime are much more dynamic -- they do the camera work for us, visually engage viewers, and they fill out more time. Doing a slideshow of pictures is cool and all, but I like to mix things up and get the most out of everything
