Got a question. Was talking to this guy for almost a year. He is emotionally unavailable and I would ask questions as to what he thought of me, about us, etc. Well a couple weeks ago I noticed he was acting different like pulling away and of course I freaked and then he said that we needed a break from sex that he thought I was getting emotionally attached. What he didnt realize it wasnt just sex it was just being around him and yes I did fall for him. He told me during the break nothing has changed but sex but that was a lie he quit calling, texting, answering my text, and we quit bowling, but we would go to eat and movies on occasion. Then when I said things have changed and asked him if he didnt like talking to me anymore he said he didnt say that and he hasnt rulled me out yet. He did tell me before that I was more than a friend but he moves really slow when it comes to commitment and yes he has been hurt in the past a couple times. He said that he wont ask a woman first and he does not inititate things first. But soon after the break he had another woman at his house and he said they are just friends but recently she stayed the whole night with him not sure if they were together together or if she just stayed as a friend bc of drinkkng to much not sure but doubt that. When I finally learned to let him be and give him his space I asked him to help me take something heavy upstairs if he had time he said yep sure can will be over after work. When he came I was bent over and he pushed me on my hip playing like we always did and then we syarted having a nerf gun war with the kids and he would grab me and pull me beteeen his legs while I was on the ground and I have caught him staring at me. I get many mixed signals from him bc if he really wanted a break I wouldnt think he would do that with me. If you were not interested I wouldnt want to be around that person. Is it normal for a guy to pull away and go on dates with other women but then act flirty with me when hes around. Im at the point where I dnt care if I text or hear from him I mean I love to hear from him but I dnt want to be an option and to me I feel like im being used or only there when its convenient for him. However he did call me on his lunch break the other day and we are going to Disney World in a couple weeks. If hes not interested would he still do all these things with me. I look forward to your response and I just need to professional help because I feel like im losing my mind and tired of worrying and hurting over the emotional roller coaster. I asked him the other day if we were done as friends he said no. I then said but im rulled out as anything more je responded with as of now we are friends. so i dated this girl for 8-9 months and it was a great several months. it ended badly because of it getting rocky from mistakes i made. from lying about texting from my other ex to fix our problem, from saying fuck you to her several times even though she started that trend with me before, and just problems that just arise. We broke up on the 12th of March and we tried reaching out to each other and try to work it out with one another. But we tried several times and it couldn't work. Even though we were gonna go on a break and try being friends, it didn't turn out that way. We just always acted like a couple still. Getting lunch for one another, calling each other "babe" and/or "hun", kissing, holding hands, and sex. What makes it weird is that she was the one that initiated it. I didn't. I could have been mature and said we can't but I missed her affection too much at that time. It just kept falling apart many times until we called it officially quits. Because she tried to say i was not doing enough for her and saying that i used to make her feel loved and now she doesn't feel good. Despite all the stuff i have been doing to change for her and do what i can for her even when we are on this break. It also just felt like torture because she wasn't really mine but we just kept acting like it. It was aching my heart bad. But then when we blocked each other for a day, i went to go check on her social media and saw she put herself as single and thats when i blew up. I harassed her nonstop and said horrible mean things to her. I insulted her, disrespected her, took the things she trusted me with and flipped it back at her, attacked her personal stuff and vulnerabilities, disrespected her family too, and just took out all of my anger at her. even took the things ive done for her and twisted it to make it seem like she didn't give a shit. because i really did a whole lot more for her than she has for me. and have done all that i can for her while we were on break. but it just didn't seem enough for her. she was going to make charges for my harassment but she isn't going to. went into a forced no contact mode where i am not allowed to speak to her. two to three days went by and she showed up at my work out of nowhere to talk. so clocked off for lunch and talked. tried apologizing very calmly and maturely but she didn't seem to take it and said my eyes were dilated. Which is weird but oh well. She said she didn't ever want to be with me ever again. I wished her all the happiness and good luck. She slapped me across the ear and said she needed to do that to move on. i said ok and left. told my mother what happened and she believes she will still come back because she knows what my ex is feeling since she is woman too and all. And says she still loves me and said that is a sign. I try to have faith but have doubts. Trying to accept that maybe she won't come back and i should let her go. I am working on myself by going to the gym more which is gaining confidence in my body, spending time with friends and family and talking to new people, and doing stuff that i like to do before i got with her. It's just that i do miss her. but i also have thoughts of giving up on her entirely and saying lets just go our separate ways. perhaps because this is still fresh and i am expecting things to happen soon. idk. all i know is, that this situation sucks and i really hope for this pain in my heart to go away. I just don't know what to think here. i watch your videos and they are therapeutic. I need ur advice plz guide me we had a breakup in last week of February of 2019 and till 18th April I made a lot of effort to convince him to be with me . I broke up with my ex few weeks ago. I decided to no contact her. But after 12 days i wish asked her is she pregnant. If i not ask abouth that i was risk to be a monster in her eyes. Her first answer was: "everything is ok." Second, afer about hour:" Is that all that tortured you!?!" Now you can sleep calm." I didnt answer nothing on that. Should answer something normally or ignore?

Okay so I did the no contact rule before with the same guy and it always works. Will it work again? It’s only been one day. But I just left him alone because he gives me hot n cold emotions. He’s happy I mean really happy with me then he’s not. He says I expect to much and we aren’t together because he’s still young. My ex and i broke 3 months ago and we had 5-7 contacts that were caused by both sides and this is my 6th try to implement no contact and i have been in no contact for 3 weeks now and usually i reached out to her after two week of NC and now i wonder is it still possible is there a realistic hope that she might come back to me if i stay disciplined and be in NC (we loved each other very much even tho we were 3 months together but we helped each other mentally so much). I still believe that she loves me and i still care very much for her she could not look me in the eyes when i saw her last 3 months ago and tell me i do not love you instead she looked in the floor. she never had a reason to leave me because i treated her like a queen i protected her and never cheated on her she only said that she dosent need i boyfriend. please i need to know is there a real hope that NC will bring my ex back to me even tho it is been 3 months after breakup and this is my 6th try? everyone makes mistakes and i understand that people with far worse scenarios got back with their ex so i believe that there is a real hope and that she will contact me and that she still loves me

i went no contact for two weeks although i did it badly cause she was already pulling away and kept saying that she wouldnt stay with me for long and was being cheap... so i reminded her that she wasnt putting up for the relationship and i wanted out and i broke up with her by texting her cause she hung up the phone on me after an argument we had( it happened one day before valentine)... so what she did was just trying to go out with another dude she just met a week before and he rejected her and she didnt go out eventually... and she kept trying to find other guys to meet up till i called her to get my stuff back.

Hey Coaches My Girlfriend and I broke up before winter break and agreed to not contact each other and talk about getting back together after break. She reached out to me some time during break because she was worried about how I was doing and we decided to stop the no contact (this same night she told a mutual friend she "loves me more than anything in the world"). Come end of break she tells me she doesnt love me anymore and has no feelings for me at all and shes talking to her ex again but they arent dating, just figuring things out. She still got very emotional when talking about how great our relationship was. She still admits I was the best relationship shes ever had and she has never felt the way she felt about me about anyone else (i hope that makes sense) but doesnt see us being together again at least for years. She still wants to be friends but I told her Im not ready for that and have initiated another no contact period and taken her off social media to help me not think about her all the time. I was dating someone who I wasn’t sure about at first and he was clingy but really caring it wasn’t really the attraction side that stuck me tbh it was the fact he was trying so hard and he was a really nice and a genuine person who Iv recently realised yes I have now fell in love with, the attractive side to him came out later for me after getting to know him on the outside, as I finally got comfortable, he started backing away after all this time of him trying to win me he kinda gave up after I started to like him, but I guess it’s my fault as when I like someone I test them and start pushing them to see how far I can go to push them and testing my boundaries I guess, but also at the same time he was backing off so I was being needy and trying to get him back at the same time, yes he let me walk all over for a while I know I shouldn’t of, I think I pushed him to far or he got scared, but then at the same time we have now fallen into the friends zone as we will see each other go out or I will go to his house he will give me a little affection then after sex just push me away again, I wasn’t having it It hurts being used by someone you love, but I was doing it first, he kinda admitted I’m having a taste of my own medicine. Iv started to do the no contact rule it’s been 2 weeks ish he is now starting to contact me, we was only together for about 2-3 months but in the beginning he was the one that was trying and being over needy as he’s only ever had 1 or 2 girlfriends to, also we kinda met through his friend that I liked at the same time but me and his friend didn’t work out at all. I love him and I know deep down there is something there we got off to a rocky start, I know it’s a mess that’s why no contact is good a clean slate, he’s also gone on holiday so that’s good for me but before he went we had an argument I was crying and his mum was there to. Basically he liked Me didn’t and then I liked him and he didn’t get it was also testing boundaries. Also he was showing me he wasn’t bothered playing games to, I think I was pushing him away more by not wanting to let go when he said he don’t like me in that way or Love me then he was kissing me and playing more games, becoming in the friends zone and been a punch bag until now and it’s been 2 weeks no contact he texted me and trying to add me on stuff sc and fb I haven’t spoken to him but accepted the request as I can use to my advantage to make him miss me and make him want me back seeing I can live happy on my own, also I own him a bit of money to as I went through a gap of not working but I’m guna Show him and prove I’m happy and stable now and give him the money back, I think that’s a good excuse to start contact after no contact. What do you do if you successfully completed 30 days NC, worked on my self development a lot, & have reached the point where I know I do not need a relationship with my ex cause I’ll be great without her, but I still want it but when i reached out she’s hot & cold? We’ve had small conversations but one day we can have a friendly chat about work, Coffee etc, the next day she says we shouldn’t communicate much unless it’s an emergency because we have to focus on growing for ourselves, yet the day after that she sends me a video about a place we traveled to last year and it led to a short but reminiscent chat about that trip with smiley faces. We haven’t spoken in a few days and I’m wondering where to go from here, any help would be much appreciated!
