There is so much truth to this negative supply. I felt bad reacting so much, they made me feel like it was abusive. And then she says "I missed your emails". I'm like... I thought you saw them as abusive. And there it is. They provoked it on purpose because they WANT YOU ANGRY

I thank you for the supply explanation. Other than grey rock or ignoring them how can I poison the well ? Abusive relatives think they actually own me and have every right to lie cheat and steal from me while tormenting me as a never ending right. I have been through hell and they cause it , and oddly they attend Church and act all self righteous as they steal and cheat and kill (2 close relatives. But they can justify anything. It's amazing.)

You asked how can I poison the well? Does that mean poison them, as in, give them their own medicine? Bully them back, if you can stomach it. It actually won’t hurt them. They like any attention even negative attention.

@@bonnielee316 Thanks for your reply. What I meant was how do I make myself undesirable to continue abusing. Are there any key words or responses that would disinterest them. Being abusive to someone is against my nature. You might describe me as the sensitive artistic sort of person who tries to avoid upsetting people. I find myself walking on eggshells all the time , if you get my meaning there. I tried writing harsh rebuking letters, but they seem to be ignored and no matter how equitable and reasonable I approach the situations they have created it appears they are numb to any conscience morality or ethics. So if I can make myself an undesirable non target by acting or saying something that is what I was hoping for. These girls have done unspeakable and unthinkable things to myself and my father (a now deceased victim.) They steal , cheat, lie and assault without hessitation or remorse. One of them tried to kill us a few weeks ago, and I no longer have anywhere to go. State police told me to get out of here, but they have taken my funds and stranded me where I cant even work in the country. It is a mess.

@__Salty, Oh ok. What you do then is called, the grey rock technique. What that means is, you become boring to them as a grey rock. They like to instigate you, get a rise out of you, good or bad. So, you give them no reaction. So for instance, ( normally ) if they ask you how your day went, you will tell them, it went swell. They will ask for more detail; you will give it, then they use that against you and criticize you. You see they never cared about you or what kind of a day that you had. They only cared about that information; to use against you. So telling them about your life really doesn’t matter; so you can quit doing it. They don’t care anyways. It’s hard to learn to do that, at first. You’ll mess up but don’t worry, you’ll get good at it. So you become a grey rock like this: they tell you their story; you say, “ oh uh, huh, ok, “ give them nothing; nothing! It works like a charm. For God’s sake; don’t tell them what you’re doing. They’re so damn evil ( yours are ) that they’ll probably just start punching you, or flinging your papers around the room or hiding things on you or god knows what else malignant things they’ll do to you. They’re like insolent 3 year olds. Try your best to get out of there as soon as you can because yours’ sound like malignant ones, or psychopaths or bullies or sadists. If you show yourself weak, a sadists sees that like, blood in the water, to a crazy shark!

@@bonnielee316 Thank you. Yes all my life whenever I was sick or ill they attacked. Always tearing me down. My mother beat me without reason every day as a child and my sister tears me down and tries to divert me to their preferred lifestyle for me (hell. ) It has been such a terrible ordeal my entire life under constant attack. It is a tough pill to swallow or understand it. It was always a mystery to me until learning about this. I will try to ignore the mire of details and snares with what you have told me. I fear that they will always try to hunt me down. They stoop to anything, and try to look saintly while doing it. So bizarre and such a mystery how I managed to turn out so different, I am at least thankful for that. I appreciate your advice and assistance. Thank you
