Operation Management are are done and utilized by the Managers of any firm and business. This enables the business to perform well and become profitable at the same time, which makes it a crucial aspect in running any type of business. Businesses might encounter have a lot of problems in its way but with the right management used in operation managers can turn around the tides and turn problems into opportunities. Operation management will become the lighthouse of the operation in any kind of business, but most specifically in Tourism and Hospitality management. This because in this industry, man power si the number product a firm in this field can offer to its customer also known as guests and if treated right, might help to seek more and more guests in the future. We are tasked to look at the KZbin for any Operation Management in Tourism and Hospitality Industry and found this video in which shows what really is the Operation Management. Like what is was stated in this video, Operation Management is the Management of all process that happens in the businesses operations.
