While we think we know what the customer wants, and may be directionally correct regarding a product or product feature's value, the WHY is it valuable must come from the customer; from the why we can continue to build. What is salesforce a horrible crm system that people are conned into and then find they need to spend a fortune for it to work properly. Having used sap and Siebel as well as salesforce, all I can say is it’s no good for end users. Over 50 years using various CRM solutions and this is the worst yet the newest. Would recommend people look around before spending millions on this crap.
