Hello, Yesterday I reset my laptop using Asus cloud recovery, however all my personal data and installed apps are deleted. Now my question is do I have to manually download the Windows drivers that were in my laptop before resetting or did they come automatically during cloud recovery?

If you have formatted the SSD, then that functionality may have been lost. If you need to restore it, you will need to bring your laptop to a repair center to have it reconfigured.
