20000 for an apartment even in Mavişehir?? Not a private house with garden etc. but an apartment! So different from my childhood. And remember if an apartment is cheaper than usual, there might be a catch, like noise problems, shady neighbors... It would be best to talk to people already living there before signing anything.

It’s going to get worse in January when minimum wage goes up 80%. I don’t see how the government seems to think this will help. It just causes prices to go up as well. KZbin premium also doubled in price this month.

I recently bought a new top floor duplex for 145k usd in alanya I found it on sahibindeen as well. The realtors tried to sell it for more but I did my own research the app will allow for you to change the language settings to English. Prices have gone up everywhere
