I only drink the Darjeeling Black tea, well known for its aroma and flavour, which is essentially the Chinese variety planted in Darjeeling, India. Would love to know the difference in aroma and flavour between the Darjeeling black tea and Chinese Black tea varities.

I am the lazy tea brewer at home. I tend to throw the leaves in and deal with the outcome. Definitely more precise with customers and visitors! Kym would be more precise for sure!

indian is nationality. tea of india is different for different races cultures in india.Tamil nadu ,one of the states of india ,we prefer tea without milk.north indians only make milktea.so dont say indian tea.

Can chinese black tea be brewed western style, like assam or ceylon tea?

@@Karibija Yes absolutely, You won't be able to infuse the tea as many teas and the flavour will be slightly different. My partner has big hands so I brew him a large glass of tea!
