What is the ideal Follicle size and blastocyst quality

Traditionally ovulation trigger is done at follicle size 18 mm. What happens when follicle size reaches 22 mm plus ? Does it lower the chances of metaphase 2 eggs and blastocysts ? let us review this paper which may give us some ideas .
