The first time I tried the egg fast I lost 2 pounds and quit after 3 days. The second time I did the egg fast I quit at 5 days and I lost 8 pounds. 👏🏻😁 I took your advice Stephie and reduced the fat intake but I also reduced my cheese intake and I feel it truly helped with my bodies inflammation. I also researched egg fast recipes the second time around to keep me on track. The egg fast does really work. I’m living proof 😃🤗

I feel you I work 3 to 4 nights a week 10 to 12 hrs it's hard. But I have done it before just hard getting on it.

@@Rosielu-c5g Thanks for the encouragement. I have a hard time not eating 3 hours before bedtime. I'm hungry when I come home from work and always eat before bed in the morning. I'm an ICU nurse so its not possible to eat earlier. I can do the other stuff though.

I don’t think it would technically still be an egg fast, you’d have to check the ingredients. But you can always experiment with it and see what kind of results you’ll get!

I wanted to give my weight loss a boost for Christmas so I decided to do a modified egg fast. I also wanted to challenge myself to stick to it for 1 week. From Monday to Friday, I didn't succeed at the challenge, I cheated quite badly on Tuesday night on cookies and mini candy canes and anything else that got in my face. The rest of the days, I did a 23 hour fast and only one meal of three boiled eggs with a can of salmon or tuna with three table spoons of mayo which amounted to 6 to 8 grand of carbs. I drank as much black coffee as I wanted and a can of 0 sugar pop on ice at night occasionally. So from Monday to Friday, I weighed Monday morning and again Saturday morning and on Saturday morning, I was down 10.5 lbs. I ate whatever I wanted Saturday and Sunday. I will try again starting tomorrow (Monday) morning to do the three eggs with tuna, salmon, chicken breast or a hamburger patty. I will try harder to do the full 7 days. It was really easy to start last Monday and I felt so good the next three days and I felt really happy. I wouldn't have cheated when I did but my husband has his cookies and Apple turnovers sitting right where I pass by in the kitchen. Mostly I occasionally looked at them and then would think "nope I don't need you". I would have been fine but I stayed up late Tuesday night watching Christmas movies and cookie baking shows. THis week I'll go to bed earlier. Good luck this week everyone.
