I remember Story 3. OPs mother was in permanent denial and it took her teenaged son to snap her out of it. Unfortunately, it pushed her over the edge. There needs to be more support for families of special needs individuals because the emotional and the physical toil is worse than the rest of society can comprehend.

There's certain things in stories that just let you know they're completely fabricated. Like the mother rushing to the hospital taking the time to detail that they rushed so fast that they broke multiple traffic laws on the way, like any mother who's childrens lives may be on danger would take time to mention something so apparent.
