One of the biggest problem in this country is that the president attacks the constitution to get what he wants at the expense of Ugandans. So the MPs should learn from this before they agree to be bribed to bend the law. In the end the law is supposed to affect all Ugandans.

I wouldn't have an issue with what the President is trying to get done if the numerical strength he enjoys in Parliament we're composed of reasonably educated and well intentioned men and women who employ reasonable discretion as well as handle their business on the basis of what is in the best interests of their constituents. Unfortunately, that isn't the case so I must focus entirely on what the President is trying to have parliament do what he wants done. What he wants done is not in the best interests of the public. Apparently, it is custom tailored for a specific demographic for specific political goals each of which is intended to suppress and also prohibit that demographic from enjoying life liberty and the pursuit of happiness like every citizen is entitled to under the law.
