In this video I am going to show you how to eat healthy proteins and how to incorporate a diet rich in healthy proteins with the paleo diet into your day to day, but what is the paleo diet? Today I am going to tell you what the paleo diet consists of, what the paleo diet includes and what it does not include.

・ For those who need to lose weight in a healthy way.
・ For those who wish to avoid developing diseases such as diabetes or cardiovascular disease.
➡️ What is the paleo diet and what does it consist of?
It has its origin in the Paleolithic, it is a diet low in carbohydrates, in which mainly fresh and natural foods are consumed, avoiding processed foods. It is very healthy because it also includes Omega 3 in your diet.

Salmon.
Tuna.
Nuts.
Avocado.

Of animal origin:
Eggs.
Meats.
Fish and shellfish.
Of vegetable origin:
Vegetables and fruits.
Nuts.
Olive oil.
Seeds.

Vegetables.
Cereals.
Refined sugar.
Alcohol.
