As a nurse manager yes it would be great if you had the resources . Leadership in healthcare is not one buzz word. Its a maze of situations such as poor resources, skill mix deficits , 120% activity and organisational support. I think you should look for leaders that can assess the situation and walk the walk. Lots of talking and no walking.
