If anybody has UC then I beg you not to drink alcohol - it’s the most damaging thing you can do with inflammation and I was the dumb one to do so 🤦‍♀️ I’ve been in pain for four days and it hurts to lie down and walk so I can barely sleep, hopefully the pain will go soon but I didn’t take my disease seriously and this is what happened. So I pleased you to all look after yourself and watch what you drink and eat as this has a major effect on your stomach.

Even in remission. this disease is causing me to have so little energy that i feel emotionally drained and can't hold down a job. It is very depressing and it made me go from an energenic extrovert to a severly depressed and anxious introvert. My life is ruined. I'm only 20 and my years of fun are over.

This video really explains well what I have. Doctor tell you but this is so much more informative. Luckilly been in remission for about 8 years since my last flare-up. With me, it's always been stress that brings it on. First school exams in the 80's, then family problems for 2 other events...... Now in life, I just try not to worry about things. I only worry about things that are important. If I see a problem I get it sorted quick or decide if it really is a problem as so many little things people make into big things for no reason.

Bob Darbo A gluten free diet and milk free diet has seemed to calm my symptoms down over time I am lactose interolerant but even lactose free milk and soya milk seem to still make me really bad but medication/surgery is the best option most likely for UC.

Ulcerative colitis is a major concern and my father also had ulcerative colitis since 2016 he took several medications but got no relief. now he is taking ulcerative care pack from planet ayurveda and he is alright.

I have stomach ulcer, very chronic ulcer. Before now, if I go to hospital the medicine they give me get to remove the pain and other symptoms but now nothing happens. I feel so Dizzy, feel like fainting and go to toilet too often. And there is no good doctor here in my country Nigeria and even the one here are so costly and am still struggling to get job. This life is not fair

I have it. I've been on prednisone, mesalimine, remicade, and now will be switched to entyvio. It's like the doctor is just guessing. If this doesn't work I dont what will.

If u suffering from colitis listen up and pay attention to what I’m gonna tell you!!! First, do intermittent fasting!!!!!!!!! With a low calorie diet with foods that you already know work for you!!!!! Second ,drink 1 table spoon of apple cider mixed with a cup of water a couple of times a week and I promise you the pains and symptoms of colitis will pretty much deminish!

Sana Flavor 123 nope. I’m in a flare and have been just over a week. I’ve gone from 297lbs to 274lbs. I can’t eat much because of the pain of my stomach and when I have to use the bathroom it is so painful 😖 I would love to lose more weight, but definitely not like this.

Happy Gma I hope you get better dear. I always thank god that Ulcertaice Colitis hasn’t affected my life I don’t really lose weight even though though the bathroom situation isn’t the best 😅 but it’s not so bad because I discovered it when I was 10 years old so it wasn’t extremely advanced
