I'd like to thank dr. Attia even tho he doesn't respond to comments, I guess. Tomorrow is the second anniversary of the day I started excercising thanks to Peter Attia. 3 years ago I was 153kg dude (now 108 and going down). At first I used semaglutide but was eating junk all the time and wasn't training at all. And I mean AT ALL. A 10 minute walk was a torture for me. It all changed in one day when I watched Attia's clips from Rogan and Huberman with "top excercises for longevity". Noone ever showed me the direct link between training and health, which must seem unreal (and it sure does to me, now). I can't express how much this means to me that you made me love excercise basically with two videos. Now, from a guy people thought is going to die in years, I became a guy who makes people start training and think more about what they eat because of what they saw me accomplish. Thank you doctor!

One of the shortest, most information-dense, yet clear explanations I've heard on this topic!

Are there any studies about the greater influence of a certain type of load on longevity? for example, I have the opportunity to study 3 days a week, how should I distribute classes: zone 2, zone 5, gym, or maybe zone 5 and gym 2 times, etc.

About to do my weekly air bike vo2 max exercise.
@ookiee112 күн бұрын
what do you do if you are not able to increase V02 max? 60 year old man, do HIIT twice a week along with zone two three times a week. During my HIIT session my HR gets to 150 for 8-12 minutes total during each session. No improvement in V02 after 6-8 months. Very, very discouraging. V02 is 25, pathetic at my age, epically for the work I put in.

VO2 max is the grip strength of cardio. Correlates to life expectancy. And that's all we can say.

Thanks for keeping us updated! I feel sympathy and empathy for our country. low income people are suffering to survive, and I appreciate Victoria Anne Leonard. You've helped my family with your advice. imagine investing $30,000 and receiving $95,460 after 28 days of trading.

I began investing in stocks and Def earlier this year, and it is the best choice I've ever made. My portfolio is rounding up to almost a million and I have realized that when a stock makes it to the news, chances are you're quite late to the party, the idea is to get in early on blue chips before it becomes public. There are lots of life changing opportunities in the market, and maximize it.

What opportunities are there in the market, and how do I profit from it?
@dianalynne282319 күн бұрын
You can make a lot of money from the market regardless of whether it strengthens or crashes. The key is to be well positioned.

All you need is a good capital and the service of a professional broker, with those your investment will most certainly produce high yields.

How can rapid breathing tell you how well your body utilizes oxygen? Fast and voluminous breathing does put a lot of oxygen in your body, but that, in turn, depletes your body of carbon dioxide. That causes your blood to become more alkaline, which compels your hemoglobin to hold on to its oxygen payload. This is the Bohr Effect, the first principle of breathing. This foundational breathing principle get skipped over by the statement that breathing big and fast tells you how well your body is utilizing oxygen. How can your body be utilizing oxygen effectively if your hemoglobin isn't releasing it because your body is too depleted of CO2?
