I remember calling Roman for a taxi, then use cheats to gain a wanted level and watch the pursuit. I think that may work for one of the *yellow cars(Niko voice)* too but I'm not to certain, it's been a long time.

GTA IV's driving AI is pretty bad. You have to be very careful and quick if you cross a road by walk, because they run you over otherwise.

I've also seen idiots saying that LSPD in GTA V/Online are like real LAPD when it NOT really, LAPD doesn't shoot innocent people all the time.
