Clairvoyance is specifically the ability to see spirits/ghosts...although the word is sometimes used more broadly to describe various psychic phenomena. the ability to predict the future is called 'divination'

Watch Anime and Live in japan, you learn more than in any academy, and spend almost the same or even less, i went to tokyo for 15 days with only 4000 dollars, 2000 the plane and the other 2000 for expenses., bad thing is that Anime does not teach you Keigo, so you speak in a very rude way learning that way XD.

I feel that sometimes this expression means “on second thought...” “On second thought, I’ll go to the party.” In regards to the tattoo conversation, I think “Yappari” can mean “Well, now that you mention it...” “Now that you mention it, it is kind of funny, isn’t it.” When the foreign man used “yappari,” I felt it he used it to mean “all things considered...” “All things considered, I like convenience stores.” The last “yokatta” construct sounds a lot like “in retrospect...” “In retrospect, I should have brought an umbrella.” Even the “Gotta be,” it sounds a lot like “After all, after giving it some thought, I’ve tried it all, and after doing so, my conclusion is that this is the best.” Or something like that... Anyway, I’m subscribed and watch all your videos. I think they’re funny and I learn a lot. Thank you for making them!

It ends up being just a revisit to the same thought. So yappari can be switching directions, like "on second thought, I'd rather do X" (kind of rare), or it can be reaffirming itself, like "As expected, it was this way", or it can be a reconsideration, like "I didn't think about it much before, but now that you mention it..."
