I love seeing Kaya running off-leash! That is the best way to tire out your pup, to allow them to sniff and roam will mentally exhaust them. Whenever you can, I'd recommend off-leash training. Keep up the good work 👍🏼

I have a 4-year-old heeler that I got when she was 7 weeks old. She was definitely a lot more sensitive to sea water and that kind of stuff when she was younger. At about a year or so, she seemed to get more used to it, and she rarely gets diarrhea now when she plays in the ocean. Definitely monitor your girl, but she'll likely be just fine.

You two are still on that learning curve and getting used to sharing life together. Sounds like a love relationship and it is. Kiah is just an amazing dog. Intelligent, healthy and a good temperament. Obedient. You take great care of her and you are consistent and always looking out for her. Kiah gives her, love, loyalty and unconditional love and companionship to you and Tessa. I can see you two have great fun together. I loved seeing Kiah playing well with the other dogs and swimming with you too. ❤ I hate seeing ppl using our beautiful wilderness as a dumping ground. Sad. Very sad. Puppy time is tough with a lot of rewards. Dog time is great, not as hyper. I just drove across the country with my standard poodle. I had to make concessions but always worth it. My only advice is to teach him good recall. That is most important thing I have ever taught my dogs. Kept them out of trouble many times . Enjoy your videos. Live is Sisters.

The last post you mentioned Grizzly Bear on Vancouver Island. Not sure if you are correct but the island had a lot of brown bear, black wolf and mountain lion. It was not unusual to see the lions floating into the city of Victoria via the inner harbour. When the wolves decimated the deer population the lions would have to resort to farm animals, family pets and the odd human in order to survive. Tnx for the excellent vids. 👏👏👏👏👏

Jonathan nice videos dude, but I wouldn't take her off leash in bear country, because if she's still at puppy stage, if she comes across a bear guess where she will run when she realises the bear isn't playing. Yep she'll lead him straight to you and I don't see you carrying any bear spray around with you. Be careful with young animals in the forest, they need a lot of attention. Take care of yourself and looking forward to your next video. Much love from Cyprus.

Can you take pictures of those dump areas and report it, so they can see this and have it cleaned up. Maybe after the Rangers, or any Camp ground Employees, or Police 🚓 someone will know who to send out to clean this up. Maybe after reporting they hopefully will put garbage cans or a dumpsters around. Humans are terrible caretakers of our Earth 🌎 Soooo 😢 😢Sad

Near my house there's a lake and there was a guy living in a tent in early spring there and Karen's must have reported him even though he never bothered anyone. When the police evicted him/told him to leave/ arrested him they left all his garbage and camping gear and not one police officer or city worker came back to clean it up. For 3 or 4 years his propane cylinders and pieces of his tent have been blowing around the trail. You must be young if you still think law enforcement cares about the environment.

Not as bad as jim baird allowing his 2 year old to throw logs onto a fire from a distance just because he wants to be like daddy and the parents don't want to listen to him scream. To top it off they have a handicap child they have to tend to. Canada can get really dry if they are tending to their kid and Hudson wants to be like daddy and hurls a log onto the fire guess what's most likely going to happen.

same with a "couple" ... or another human being not capable of providing / accpting your love and support that a person needs an animal that is totally dependent on them and unable to disagree verbally? Just a different view. We had an African Grey parrot, a cat and a dog before we started to RV & retired.... one passed and we gifted 2.... and then RV'ed for 25 years... age 86 tomorrow

While I lean towards agreeing with the 'no pets while traveling,' I think your view of being a pet owner is totally off sir. For myself and most other kind hearted people the furthest thing about owning pets is the odd control dynamic you described.

"Odd that a person cannot be happy with themselves" The desire to feel love and connection is human nature. Even if you don't want a pet yourself, an inability to understand that is very strange...
@KennyOfAllTrades3 ай бұрын
I agree that it's not responsible for someone to let their dogs disrupt other people. But I disagree that wanting the companionship of a pet stems from one not being comfortable by themselves. You make it sound like a person should be faulted for wanting the unconditional love that a dog gives. I definitely wouldn't pass judgment on you or anyone else who doesn't want a dog. I'll have to agree with Jonathan, to each their own.

@heartdawg Right... just my opinion... we had a dog, cat & African-Grey parrot... but felt it wouldn't be fair to them to be in a Class A coach rather than at our home and yard, so we gave them to our kids where they could enjoy their lives. Imagine the 3 of them in a 40 ft coach, or on a short leash in a campground or left while we visit
