Los Angeles is Los Santos in GTA, specifically in GTA V. This man, I think, is the inspiration behind the guy in GTA V who is obsessed in Alien stuffs. I can also see the resemblance in terms of their looks! Wow!

Those rear coil overs aren't compressing as they should, much of the "spring" seems to be in the bodywork around the spring mount. you can see the panels flexing at 5:09

It has a diesel-/atom-punk feel to it. I like the look of it. Not so sure about the fact that its not actually rocket powered like Jay Leno's jet engine super car. Imagine one of those jets in one of these babies.
