Absolute gem of a video! 👏🏿 Sensory overload is the story of my life. The only way I found to cope with this was to overexpose myself to hustle and bustle from a young age. It didn't solve the issue, but it made it less crippling over time.

This is kinda what its like, of course without the crazy editing. It feels like your senses are highened and your over aware of your surroundings, your anxiety is through the roof and feel you need to hide and run away. All peoples experiences are different with sensory overload, it just feels like all your senses are to the max.
