this is a wonderful video!!! i am recently discovering my pangender-ness. i used to identify as solely ftm, now i'm realizing that i'm super fluid!! i resonated with this a lot.

It's a very freeing thing to wake up and realize that gender doesn't have to be so confined, best of luck with your self discovery!✨

I love this video so much. You are honestly an inspiration to me!! I identify as a transmasc individual and I don’t identify as gender fluid or pangender but I want to get to a point in my transition where I can wear some of my old “girl” clothes again bc they were honestly really cute!

I'm very tempted to do an "Expression workshop" that's a safe space where we can have a range of clothing available and I can do people's makeup or help them with choosing an outfit etc and we can all hangout in those to see how they feel and experiment with expression together. I could get some funding for it and do a little tour with it over summer. Just a random idea!

To me it's even if i expressed another gender ,I'd always return to the gender i am (a man) at the end of the day basically. Like it's be great to experiment with styles and looks, go drag full on, but when i go home or go to another simple Day, I'd live to be my ftm self. With my beard, my chest hair etc. So I'd call the way I'd do it more androgynous style wise and cloth and expression wise, not physical and permanent, but temporary. So idk what name i can give it but for now, I always wanted to try more styles. But I'm on a budget and fitting clothes as from is scary nonetheless

I totally get you, when I'm feeling my masc self I also want to do drag but wouldn't necessarily feel my femme identity even if I did that so I relate to that part. Yes buying a new femme wardrobe can be expensive! I had to go find old dresses I had from years ago🤣 Maybe I should one day do and expression and identity workshop/meetup where I bring wigs and makeup and outfits and do everyone's look/makeup in a way that they've always wanted to try but also always been too nervous to! That way people can test out looks without having to buy loads of new clothes

Yo if y'all are straight up admitting it's just experimenting with different styles but the end of the day you feel one gender why not just be that gender...
@MxMorphling2 жыл бұрын
@@user-nf9xm7is3m I never said I just feel one gender

@@MxMorphling I was replying to them because they just talk about experimenting with style but at the end of the day being one gender. But ig the answer can go for anyone if it's such a complex feeling of being multiple gender why is there so much focus on style? It's all I hear people talk about

If you haven't commented on that already, I recall you're in a graduate program (MSc, PhD), in the physics field? How does academia treat you regarding your gender/presentation/expression/identity? In my experience the STEM field is rather conservative in its ways...

I have made a video about this kind of thing on the channel however I will be making an updated one as I'm soon going to be doing a few outreach/awareness talks on behalf of my physics and space science sector at the uni so will make a full video about it. I totally agree about their view on queerness...

@Theo I totally get you, I don't know of any other trans people on my course either! Gonna be doing some events in coordination with researchers at my uni where there will be trans awareness included in the events so I could document those

So I just started watching and you recommend to look up eggshell as a trans terminology word thingy and I tried googling it but couldn’t find anything related to what you’re talking about. Where can I find more information on this?

Hi there, so I'd not heard about it before watching this video about the matrix being a trans metaphor: kzbin.info/www/bejne/lYjcgGmsi8x_Y68 I might make a video about it myself!

I'd not heard of "eggshell" either, but "egg" is a fairly common metaphor for not yet having realized you're trans

❤️❤️❤️ you’re like the best person… seriously…… I totally pick up what you’re putting down! All your looks are hot af….. in the end, your personality is so nice and lovable and all your looks someone is gonna fall in love with. You and me would be bromancing so hard, lol! Keep on the journey and always remember if someone has a problem with you it’s a reflection of them. Side note, I have made requests for science videos and you kinda did one with your going’s on at the end! Hot! Hahaha! Question: do you have a fem name you go by when you go out all looking gorg in the wigs? Or are you straight up Laddie…… Laddish…… lol!

Pangender sounds like a complicated way of calling yourself androgynous. Dress and present however you like, but why invent new labels? Genuinely asking cuz I truly dont understand this all consuming preoccupation with gender.
@MxMorphling2 жыл бұрын
No I'm sometimes androgynous other times not, yes androgynous is one part of Pangender but doesn't describe all of how I feel and want to present in my identity
