Hey, gonna be real here. I followed you a lot when you were in your more masculine phase while starting testosterone, and when you switched to MxMorphling I did have a bit of hesitancy/discomfort. I think this was mainly because before I was watching you for inspiration in my own journey as a trans man and not as a separate person to simply watch their progress and their experiences without relating them to my own. I saw this video come up on my home page and decided to watch as it's been a while, I haven't really kept up with your content, and I want to open my mind. I think really I just needed to accept that you are who you are, you're happy (which is what truly matters), and you're a human with their own desires and experiences different to my own. Any discomfort I have previously felt watching you change in this way is only a fault of my being and thought processes if you ask me, and is a sign that I'm not where I want to be in terms of accepting others as they are. I'll admit that because I haven't really kept up I'm not entirely sure of your pronouns and such so I'll have a check with older vids to catch up on all that. I did see you got engaged so congrats! I just wanted to share because I'm sure a lot of others like myself have experienced something similar likely out of some misguided fear of themselves and I want to be clear that I'm sorry I ever viewed you negatively for simply being you, and that I'll continue supporting you and simply enjoy the look into your experience that you provide. You seem like a lovely person and deserve happiness, so all the best from me! ❤

I totally understand. Everything I did on my journey out as a trans-man is still as real and still gave me great euphoria but wasn't the right fit in the end. Through all the videos I still shared the gender euphoria with those who watched me, and absolutely loved being masc in those moments (just maybe not all the time). So that shared experience is still real and great, and I still have a transmasc side to me, I just realised that's only a portion of my identity. We're all different but our lived experience as trans people is still something we can stick together on even if my identity has changed. Anyhoo thanks for the message, I did expect people would feel that way but I'm glad you get that I'm happy now. It's been a long road but I feel I've finally settled 💜 (on not settling 😂)! On a content note, I will be getting back on my masc gym lad escapades soon, I've been femme for quite a bit and so I often will have seasons where I'm way more masc. Kinda fun cause even I don't know when that's gonna happen 😂✨ You seem like a lovely person too! Wish you all the best :))x

Oh and on the pronouns they have kinda changed a lot over my KZbin videos as I've been figuring so I understand that many may not know my recent ones. They/them is fine for me in general (I occasionally play about with neopronouns but they/them works)

@@MxMorphling Thanks for being understanding and taking it well. I'll always appreciate that period too as it helped me a lot when I was younger. I would for sure be down for a fitness series from you. I'm starting my own fitness changes at the moment so it'll be cool to check in sometimes and see how you're going and get some tips. Of course you're older fitness videos are there too, to look back at. I did end up looking for your Instagram to verify the pronouns, but thanks for letting me know here! P.S. Don't worry about replying to this one, the conversation can end here if you like lol x

Oh my god the way I GASPED when you mentioned the "I want to be a real boy" meme. I remember looking at your T timeline a couple of years back (before your handle was MxMorphling). I never realized that was you!! You were an inspiration back then, but even more so now. Love the yassification of the Pinocchio-voice, by the way. A certified slay.

I'm also nonbinary (maverique) and want to start microdosing testosterone. My main goal is deepening my voice, but also, I wouldn't mind getting something down there. I also know that I'll be getting off hrt when I'm happy with the results. I love seeing other trans people happy. You're a big inspiration for me 🖤

Genderqueer/fluid. Been on low dose T for ayear. I got massive bottom growth, body hair and muscle growth and I use finasteride topically (orally causes me problems) so i'm barely growing facial hair and slowed/blunted the hair changes which is what i wanted. my voice has dropped but i started SO HIGH that I just sound like a 'sexy woman' which....slay?????? but not where i'm tryna beeeeee!. I brought my dose up to 40mg the last 3 months but i had such bad skin issues i had to go back down to 20mg "micro" dose again. I would like to go back up again but I like what I look like at what I call my "maintence dose". Also my senses change a lot depending on my T levels. Since dropping my T dose my sense of smell is WILDING.

I so so appreciate seeing the going off T conversation coming from a nonbinary perspective- I've been on T for 6 years and after getting my levels checked my endocrinologist is always like "yknow, your T level is on the low side, we could go up to a higher dose" and I'm always like nope nope I am good! What can I say, I just feel better on a lower dose. If I could get my period to stop through other means, I might be okay going off T entirely, so it's great to see videos like this that make that feel like a viable option.

Thank you so much for documenting your experience off T! You inspire me so much with androgynous transition, your body and presentation is the dream! Always wished to androgenize my body without the full masculinized look of T, and it’s amazing to see there are ways to achieve the androgyny I’ve been after :) You look amazing 🖤💜 - Ari

Thanks for the lovely comment 🥹Yess there are so many ways to achieve androgyny and I love seeing all the other ways people do it too (with just style and/or makeup or hairstyles). I was thinking of doing some look book videos with masc femme and androgynous versions of an outfit soon ✨✨

also to add to the "I've been watching you since.." comments (lol) but it's so cool feeling like I have other trans folks to grow up with? You learn so much about yourself and the world from 19-25 and it's so comforting to watch other trans folks go through similar journeys!

Yess I feel you, so much as changed and I documented me growing up and figuring it all out for the first time since I was 17! Been great seeing others grow up too in the same gen of transitioning. I know I've been a bit all over the place with my identity and stuff 😅 but I'm so glad you've stuck around. I do wanna start making more vids soon cause I love my community here on the channel but lemme know if there's anything you'd like me to make/react to ✨

@@MxMorphling but I feel like that's also part of our generation's journey! So many of my transmasc friends (and I) in 2015-2018 felt so much pressure to be MEN and as cis-as-possible (whether or not we knew it was happening). I feel like with getting older, the changing trans community, and more open gender non comformity, so many of us have found different paths for our selves :'') it's wonderful seeing you connect with more facets of your expression! Thanks for being visible.

Thank you for making this video! I've been looking for examples of stopping testosterone that aren't focused around detransition because personally my main concern is wanting things to not reverse/refeminize, so it helps to see this explored without it being oriented around detransition!
@MxMorphling
@MxMorphling 2 ай бұрын
Yes I totally get ya that's what I've been documenting it all for! (Plus I find it interesting to compare and check the stats ahah 🤓). I'd say you don't have to worry about passing off T, there's a certain finesse to truly being androgynous (as in really confusing people ahaha) but I pass as a masc if I want to quite easily (as well as femme if I feel like it) so going off T is not the be all and end all of passing a particular way ✨✨

Thank you SO much for these kind of videos. It's incredibly helpful since there are so little resources about this topic (and most are by transphobic detransitioners and terfs)
@MxMorphling

No problem at all! Ugh yeah I feel you there, hoping to bring some awareness and demistify the experience. When I was on T I was scared to stop because the only people I heard about going off T were all terfs/detrans bigots and I was like oh I'm gonna be a laughing stock by my own community and other because I'd said I was a man for a while and was I lying that entire time for "attention"? .. it's not right and stopped me from going off T or exploring my identity further. Eventually got out of that phase of caring (or people pleasing/pick-me behaviour 😂) and am now just listening to my body and respecting others journeys. Think the main thing is that everyone is unique and their journey can have the same depth of meaning as another even if it's not the same or as easy for people to comprehend. Anyhoo if there's any other videos you'd like me to make lmk! ✨🫶🏻

I went with Miles Berry but he has a questionable approach to handling clients and he's been fatphobic to people I know and things like that. Many of my friends with great results recommend Dr. Lubomir Lembas who's in Poland (worth the trip apparently). But there are other good surgeons in the UK too id have to ask around for names.

@@MxMorphling If you ever go back on T look into getting a finasteride prescription. I actually make mine into a topical b/c I get shitty side effects from the oral version and my hairline hasn't budged a bit. Gotta use it every day tho but for me it lets me stay on a low dose of T which is saving my life in regards to my chronic pain and connective tissue disorder lol I expected the gender euphoria but whew I didn't expect the stabilizing it did to some of my health issues. My biggest fear was loosing my hair. I already had some issues with non-androgenic alopecia so I wasn't finna fuck around.
